Rose's absolute favorite thing to do is to go on very long strolls through the soft, silent, winter forest. The icicles hanging down from nearby branches is just beautiful to her, as well as how the snow glistens softly on a cold breezy day. She wanders around, finds a frozen pond or lake, and likes to stare pst the ice to see if she can find any fish that are swimming around underneath the surface. It always makes her giggle happily to see a little bit of life during this time of year. Her abolsute favorite thing to do though is look for eyes in the trees!

This may sound strange, but it really is her favorite thing to do. She believes that during winter, the trees are fully able to express themselves since there are no leaves on them now and loves to just slowly look at all of the branches to see if they're making all kinds of goofy faces! She'll often bring a camera or sketchbook with her and take pictures of them and even name the trees! Then, she makes a very nice scrapbook once the snow starts to melt and likes to look through them.
