Welcome everyone to the Deerssert Lunar New Year Event! We have a lot in store for you so buckle up for the upcoming 7 days. This event will be taking place from January 28th, 2017 to February 3rd, 2017




A festival marking the start of the new year, beginning on the second new moon after the winter solstice and ending on the full moon fifteen days later. It is marked by visits to family and friends, special meals, fireworks, and gift giving.




We will be releasing 2 adopts for every day of the event and will update the fan club, main thread, and event thread(here) with each batch of releases! Check out the post below this one for details on items, points, and more that you can earn during the duration of this event.

These items will be randomized in the envelopes which you can turn in for an item HERE. All Items listed will also be available to buy with the deerssert points on the Official Deerssert Website. You will be able to get points through the envelopes, but also in exchange for CS Pets later (once we have everything sorted out and the CS Pets option is available we will post a notice on the Deerssert Fanclub

Note: Red Envelopes can be earned through HMs (+1) and winning (+2) on our adopts for the event. You may also write or draw any one of our daily prompts! (you can only do one written and one drawing prompt daily, resulting in +2 envelopes total) There is no limit to the amount of envelopes you can get throughout this event so have fun!

I'm a bit confused as to how we get items though. I see you earn red enveloped through adopts and prompts, but how do you get other items? Are they randomized in envelopes or do you buy them with some currency or??

Will the items you win from envelopes be able to be bought/traded for? Like if someone wins something I want I'd be able to trade something for it?

Items may be purchased, traded and gifted! The only rules and restrictions on this is that if you recieve an item from another person you can only sell it for equal or lesser value. If you are gifted it for free you may only give it away for free; no exceptions! When won in an event you may set your own price

Do you get envelopes from winning event adopts in general or even if you win does it have to be specified by the creator of the adopt if you get any envelopes or not?

The envelopes are an event specific prize that you win whenever you get an HM(+1) or win the adopt(+2)! Whether the creator specifies this or not doesn't change you earning the envelope and you may just link the winner announcement post for your envelopes
