never mind, she's a rare narseal c:

anyway, this is my first custom narseal! her name is harper and she's based on, obviously, a harp seal. i was just randomly doodling narseals in school today and she was one of my creations. the moment i designed her i fell in love with her! she's a real sweetheart who loves to be upside-down lol

i see rare edits on the horn: glow, sparkles
uncommon edit on the tail fin, uncommon fur edit (the tail looks fluffier than a common narseal)
