Rouge always has been a mysterious little one. He never shared his feelings, emotions, or thoughts with anyone. He's always had trust issues and has always been quiet, never talking out loud, not even to his friends or family. Some even think he's mute. He can also snap at others at random times, getting mad for nothing and putting that anger on someone else. He keeps everything to himself, personality, thoughts, items, you name it, he never says a word about it. He's very shy and very distant from others, making his relatives and friends worry about him more. Even though he never says a word, he can still be very nice and friendly, but also very terrifying and ruthless, which is very rare. The more quiet he is, the more scarier he can be; especially at night, when the only thing you mostly see is his glowing eyes and his red patterns that covered his fur.

Red always had an interest in foxes and stars. When he first heard of this constellation and saw images of what it seemed to outline, he fell in love. The outline of stars that made the shape of a fox always made him excited to go out during the night, lay down on his back, and stargaze. He always searched for that specific constellation, but never found it. He thought to himself that he either didn't believe enough into it, or it wasn't real. So, while he was sad, he got up and went to the nearest tree to sleep, the crickets chirping him up a night lullaby.
Later that night, he woke up, falling through a galaxy. His mouth was glued shut, and all he could do was fall and look around. Stars sped by him as he watched, them coming in many different shapes, sizes, and red colors. He fell by meteors, as well, and what seemed like planets that he never seen before. Then, everything seemed to come to a stop. He fell out of the red galaxy that was above him, and floated in the empty abyss that was filled with glowing stars. Then he saw it...
Vulpecula.
-
It glowed brightly to him, and he felt as if it was only there for him to see. he stared at it for what seemed like forever, seemingly forgetting about the empty void that surrounded.
"I'm here." A voice said, before everything went black. He started falling through the red galaxy again, this time it seemed like he was falling upward. Suddenly, he fell through the clouds and, in a flash it seemed like, he hit the earth. Then he woke up.
He sat up quickly and searched around, noticing it was still night and he was still under the same tree. He looked up at the stars, which now seemed to be a shade of red, with a smile and a soft laugh. There it was. The star pattern he was looking for, outlined in white and filled in with a light red. The smile he had grew widely as he stared up at the stars, the words repeating in his head, along with the name.
"I'm here, Vulpecula. I'm here."

Stars. That's all this one could think of. He wasn't like the others, with that pelt. That fur. The way it glows in the light.
He's not from here.
If he's not from here, then where is he from?
Étoile Rouge was his name. Red Star. Others didn't know what that meant, but he did. He also knows why he likes the name. It represents his love for stars. Red galaxies, more likely. Though, he gained trust issues throughout time. Wondering why? Let him tell the stories.
"This happened while I was still young.
I kept getting bullied by the color of my coat, the red, the pink, the colors. Everyone loved my eyes, but they just found my coat... strange. I never thought my coat was strange. Though, when I was bullied, they liked to hit me and say that my fur was bruised. So by then, I stayed away. I never left my home or my yard, I never talked to anyone, I became distant from my friends and family, they might've been worried. I was on the edge of staying away from the outside. Until, this other person came to me... a female.
Her name was Souhait D'incendie. She talked me into coming out. She talked me into gazing into the clouds to calm me down, and the stars to make me happy. But then, I noticed a pattern in some of the stars. They made a certain shape of an animal, I noticed.
"Vulpecula." Souhait said with a smile, looking at the pattern, eyes shining. She then looked at me, "It's a constellation." She said, looking at my confused face.
"Constellation...?" I asked, ears twitching.
"Wow, you really live under a rock, don't you?" She shook her head. "A constellation are stars that form a pattern, or shape, I believe."
I nodded, looking up at the stars one more.
"Constellation." I repeated, ears twitching slightly, my eyes glowing. Souhait nodded, and sighed.
"But you can't always see Vulpecula... or any other constellation like that." She hummed, as it sounded like she was talking through her teeth.

It's been a few weeks. I was already up, and the clock was at 12:34. I stared up at the stars and wondered when I was going to see it again. I also wondered if I will be able to see Souhait again. She seemed to just disappear one day, and I haven't saw her since.
"She's still my friend... She wouldn't just abandon me, right..?" I asked myself. Then, I heard the noise of twigs snapping and leaves crunching. Looking up, I saw her. Her mane seemingly glowed under the light that reflected off the moon.
"Long time no see?" She laughed, dropping a basket full of food next to me with a chuckle. I let out a soft laugh,
"I guess." With a shake of my head, we ended up spending the night talking, eating, and watching the dark sky.
I woke up, in a void. It was dark, nothing was there, just stars. I felt like I was falling, but floating, at the same time. It wasn't natural. I watched the asteroids, stars, and distant planets fly up while I fell. Was I falling, or was everything going up? I couldn't breathe or move while this was happening.
'Where am I..?' I thought, looking forward. Then, I saw something run toward me. It was small, red, and looked like a fox...
Fox.
"Rouge." It said, stopping in it's tracks. As it stopped, everything froze, as I looked at the fox's beady eyes with shock. "You can't be here for long. It's dangerous. Go back."
'But.. who are you..?' I thought to myself, eyes wide as it replied.
"Vulpecula. But there is no time right now. You can see me later."
'Later..?'
"Rouge, wake up."
"Wake up, Rouge!" Yelled a voice. The voice of Souhait. "Good grief, I thought you were dead! Frozen there not breathing." She snorted, then slapped me lightly. "Don't do that."
"I wasn't breathing?" I asked. She leaned back slightly in shock.
"You didn't know you weren't breathing..? I thought it was a prank.." She trailed off, then looked at me.
I was staring at the stars that were slowly disappearing because of the sun that slowly rose behind me. I was asleep for a long time, but it was worth it.
"I see you, fox.." I sighed, and Souhait looked up with me.
"Right at the break of dawn, huh..." She laughed, "I guess you're special." She smiled, as I stared up at the fox who stared down at me.
"Yea... I guess so."
