I guess a few of my adopts got bumped up to a rare and legendary. The stitched IK is now like, mega legendary?

Mmm not necessarily.
Mephisto I'm still counting as not legendary
He was made before the change. Which I am
Still iffy about. The only things he has is an
Extra leg, and wings. Which are minor since
He really can't use them. He can't fly or anything
And he can't move around on that other leg. If
He had functional legs or wings it would be legendary
If that makes sense.
