Awww, this poor girl is so emaciated. Surely that'll clean up in a bit with some tender, loving care!
This girl was seized during a mass rescue from an abandoned yard, freezing cold and starving.
As with all rescues, first come first serve to whoever pays her vet fee first and adjusts their bank accordingly.
