Name Meaning:
It means "A Golden Star" in Persian
Gender:
Stallion
Age:
5 years old
Halter color:

Pearl/jewel color (halter):

╔══════════════════════════════════════╗
Personality:
Zoroaster is quite a unique stallion. Everyone sees him as a very charming and confident stallion. However, that was Zoroaster's outer shell. Deep down, he's just a shy and gentle stallion who loves to just hang out with a bunch of his close friends. Only those close to him can see that shy side of him. In front of mares, he can be a bit sheepish and awkward but they find him even more adorable that way. When Zoroaster is upset, he can be your worst nightmare. He's the type who can be blinded by rage and let his emotions overtake him.
Analytical
Zoroaster very much prefers to sit and observe before accessing a situation rather than jumping head first. Sure he's a curious one and would love to find out more but he would always think it through carefully before a final decision. This is something about him that is well-liked among the others, family and other horses.
Sensitive
He is very sensitive when it comes to sensing feelings of his close ones. Whenever they are happy or sad, he knows it. Even if they put on a mask, he can still see through and will eventually find out what's bugging them and will try to comfort or resolve it.
Quick-witted
Zoroaster can think through his thoughts quickly and give fairy accurate results. He has since used this to help many horses and himself in situations like conflicts among the herd.

History:
Zoroaster grew up in a shabby old barn with a lot of problems. First of, the owners were terrible people, all they ever love were themselves and alcohol. Neglection was always one thing they face. Second problem, the entire barn have many animals, ranging from chicken and ducks to cattles and horses. This made diseases and illnesses travel easily. It's bad enough there are many of them cooped up in a small space, worse still is that the animals have no vaccination. Third problem, the barn is not properly fenced or protected. The barn is also located near a large forest, leaving the animals always open to being attacked by coyotes, wolves or bears.
Zoroaster manages to actually live through because his mother always told him to have a smile on his face. With luck and a smile always by his side, his terrible childhood wasn't as bad as the others. Many animals he knew didn't make it out alive, including his own father.
He never wanted to remember about his childhood and had since chucked it to the back of his head. He is traumatised by it and would tend to shy away or avoid the topic of his childhood.

    Likes:
    -Grazing
    -Spacing out
    -Being happy
    -Munching on apples
    -Helping others
    Dislikes:
    -Remembering his past
    -Hostility
    -Insults
    -Silence

What he looks for in a mate:
Zoroaster would like an honest, sincere and down-to-earth mare who accepts and love him for him. He wants someone he could go on trail rides or pull a carriage with. He doesn't really like a quiet introvert nor does he like a very loud one, an in between would be the best for him. Zoroaster would like someone who wouldn't mind deep-talking with. Most of all, he would want someone who can be his anchor when he's out of control, emotionally.

Theme song:
This amazing mash-up

Secret:
Zoroaster actually hates the quiet and silence. He feels very trapped. At night, he sleeps with a small ticking clock in his stall.

Quirk:
Due to Zoroaster not liking the silence, he has developed a quirk of tapping his hooves whenever it is too quiet for his comfort.

♦ Owner: ɴᴏᴠᴀᴋ
♦ Show Name: Rigmarole of the Gelid
♦ Barn Name: Kholodov
♦ Name Meaning: Rigmarole is a noun meaning a long, rambling story or statement, while gelid is an adjective meaning extremely cold; together these two quite literally mean his show name reads "a long, rambling story of the cold.". Kholodov is a surname originating from russia translating to "cold".
♦ Gender: Stallion
♦ Age: 9 years
♦ Halter/Pearl/Jewel color: #800000 and #ccc5c5
♦ Likes: A few choice preferences of the stud are few and brief; he quite enjoys the adrenaline thrill he receives when caught up in a brawl, the nip of winter months, generating chaos and manifesting terror within the hearts of the local people whom encounter his band of marauders. He also finds himself fond of retaining a position of power among others, ranking higher than the average equine provides a sense of accomplishment to his life.
♦ Dislikes: These are more frequent. Kholodov is not fond of many things, the most prominent on his list happen to be; children of any kind - something so frail and useless holds no place in his life - no matter if they are his own offspring or not, being in close proximity to people, humid or otherwise hot weather, being confined to any area, and being mistaken as one whom cares for the well-being of any beyond his group. Particularly, the massive stallion is distant towards softspoken or submissive mares, connecting the certain characteristics with his biological mother from the bygone night that quite literally sculpted his life. He finds he blames his mother for having not done more to prevent his being taken and is adamantly bitter over the subject.
♦ Personality: Kholodov - as his name suggests - is quite a standoffish sort of fellow trailed by a lengthy origin tale that appears more as a clawed beast clutching to his hide rather than any sort of humble beginning. He is often referred to as a true nightmare with his absolutely horrid temperament. His arrogance paves a path of nastiness that includes unprovoked attacks raining down upon his fellow equine if they're to budge a toe over the well defined line he has laid down atop the ground. Plagued by a constant, subconscious need to prevail ridiculously far beyond the average standards of others, Kholodov finds himself to be rather reserved and quiet, more so due to his diligent work ethics than a dislike for socializing. In fact, the chimeric stud would consider himself quite the social butterfly when given the chance to interact. He does not seem to recognize his crude humor and persistent character tend to drive others off as he cracks quips pertaining to putting down others and generally shattering the confidence of any whom lingered around long enough.
Being on constant alert with his bellicose nature, it can't come as a surprise to any that the stud finds joy in asserting his dominance in the physical ways; brawls ranging from stare-downs to absolute bloodshed are often put on display for all to witness, serving as unvoiced reminders of the raw strength Kholodov possessed and how willing he would be to utilize it against practically any who opposed him. He is both domineering and overly stern, cautious in assuring that and happenings go according to his own plan for them, no different. If something is to go amiss during any particular instance, one can be certain they will glimpse the explosive hellfire fueled outburst that has come to be infamously recognized as his anger.
♦ History: The day had been harsh; a skyline shrouded in rumpled ashen clouds and winds fierce enough to unbalance an upright man, it was bitterly frigid - so much so that the chill would pierce through any amount of layers and strike you straight in the marrow - and the overhead canopy of charcoal accented clouds seemed on the brink of releasing an ungodly amount of dense snow down atop the unsuspecting heads of the stable residents. Of course this day, this merciless and gloomy day, would produce a life just as cruel as itself. As if some higher forced had commanded the unnaturally frigid day be set in place as a welcome for the life that was to spring forth, a poetic service to ensure the heart would manifest through shards of frost that yielded to no heat. He was born - Kholodov, that is - as the sky released her haul onto the geild landscape, the first flake being said to have settled onto the ground as he drew in his first breath. It was apparent that this colt was unique from the beginning - his first steps came within hours of his birth and the first place they lead was directly towards the cracked window, he practically seemed to bask in the severe chill of the world beyond the walls for the short moments he was allowed to linger within it's grasp before being promptly cooed towards and bundled within a cocoon of blankets. The discovery of his being a chimeria as his pelt faded throughout the days only seemed to forward the intense curiosity that was this young colt. Word spread quicker than wildfire that the second recorded chimera khimaira friesian had been born to the well renowned farm, yet as many rejoiced at the significant happening, others began to conjure terrible deeds in their minds.
Two months into his life is when the instance occurred, late in February as the weather gradually began to warm with the approaching spring. The barn had settled in for the night and all seemed well; the lights switched off, entrances locked securely,

and everyone cozy in their respective stalls. Then came the creak. It was a low creak, the same creak the horses heard every morning as their wake up call, the thick oak doors had swung open. Following the opening of the door were several pairs of rushed footfalls and beams of light swiveling each and every way. There was hushed conversation flowing hurriedly along the aisle and halting just beyond the door of Kholodov and his dam's stall. Whomever they were spoke the name engraved on the plaque mounted onto the wood and the mare instantly perked up, strolling over to the door and peering at it as she awaited the humans on the other side to enter - and enter they did. The whole scene happened in a flash; the door flew open and two men rushed in, taking hold of Kholodov's dam as another grabbed at Kholo himself, the colt curiously speed walked alongside the stranger knowing none the wiser as his mother nickered towards him in puzzlement. He was lead into the night and shoved into a large trailer, stolen away into the darkness without so much as a hesitation on his part. Come dawn the absence of the foal had been noticed and reported to the authorities, but the attempt of locating him once more seemed futile. Kholodov had simply vanished.
In the company of his new, and mind you illegal, owners, the colt was introduced to another mare who had lost her own foal to the very cold that had birthed him. She became a surrogate in the absence of his biological dam and he grew alongside her until he needed her no more. By the time he'd aged to two, Kholodov had tripled in his size and appeared quite menacing with his sharp features and cerulean irises. Promptly he was introduced to an underground horse thieving community and began raking in implausible bids of money for his ownership. There was quarreling over whom had the right to claim the stud which then turned to maddening bidding wars that spanned over hours - if not days. Eventually one was crowned the triumphant victor of the war and they were permitted to collect their prize. Now, at two years and hardly handled, it seemed only right for the reaction Kholo gave when confronted with this situation. The young male thrashed and fought with every ounce of might he could muster, and it eventually took eight burly men armed with thick ropes to securely force him within a iron trailer in order to transport him to his new home. The turmoil powered on alongside Kholodov's aggressive attacks, manifesting into a terrible frustration seated deep within the owners' hearts as they could do nothing with their pocket-emptying pain in the ass. When not lashing out threateningly towards staff, Kholodov proved himself just as much a threat to the other equine residents. On more than one occasion, the unruly stud caused planks of his paddock to magically disappear before he proceeded to go on a rampage; attacking neighboring stallions, damaging farm property, and attempting to reach any and all mares. His presence became such a disturbance that - at now three years of age - the owners elected to offer him up to the slaughter as opposed to having him continue to torment their lives or the life of another. It seemed the best option in the moment.
Once again, Kholodov was off, forced within the cold confines of a metal cage and shipped off to unfamiliar grounds. Though, this time he was not meant to remain there for long. The usual struggle followed after the unloading of the chimeric stallion, during which he managed to draw blood from one of the stout men restraining him. Crammed into a shadowy, narrow holding pen that barely allowed for him to fully inhale without being halted by wooden planks. Waiting. Waiting for something, though what remained unclear to the stud as he squirmed, livid, between the planks. Kholodov had nearly quieted his struggle when something stirred within the overshadowed corridor beyond the heavy door that held him hostage. Instant aggression glinted within the royal-esque violet depths of his eyes, but they connected to nothing; no movements, no light, nothing. Without lowering his guard, Kholodov nudged his massive head through the lopsided squared window of the door and peered beyond into the eternal darkness. Nothing. Large, dark ears swiveled this way and that as he shouldered the door, challenging it's strength. A nicker, benevolent with a tender tone, emerged from the sea of blackness. This development perplexed Kholo, whom readily offered up a returning nicker. An exchange ensued, the mystery figure aided Kholodov in an escape by guiding him through the unlatching of the thick lock and directing him towards arn area of the wall that proved rather flimsy and simple to push through, only halting once the chimeric stallion questioned if they would accompany him on the outside.
"No, not this time. We will meet again. Godspeed, Kholodov." Was it's only retort on the matter. Kholo - although begrudgingly - jogged onwards directly into his new life; the life of a herd stallion.
Obviously, being young and inexperienced led to the arrogant youngster to many losses within his beginning years on the outside, but he eventually overcame these difficulties with the assistance of a combination of a terrible strike and an elderly herd stallion. In possession of a robust herd, Kholodov seemed to have finally located his element. He was happy, even with being required to preform tedious tasks daily. He had simply found his home-turf. From there, Kholodov and his following rampaged the lands; stealing into unguarded farms in order to slip off with either filled bellies or unceremoniously claimed mares, aggressively threatening humans, and obliterating property beyond repair with full intent. There proved no halting to the terrorizing originating from the group, and so their ways simply became a way of life for the residents of the small, backwoods town Kholodov had set claim to.
