Personality ;; Baize is an extremely hot-headed, stubborn wolf. When push comes to shove, she is certainly the one there to shove. A bark worst than her bite? Both are the same - extremely harsh and deadly if left for too long. She often needs someone who she may look up to - whoever that is - to keep her trap shut and to actually come to respect others. She never seems to take no for an answer, and always seems so high and mighty that she is outright offended when others try to tell her otherwise. You should never decide to get in her way, for things will not end nicely, and even after that, she will try to do what she had been attempting in the first place - she is rather determined when it comes down to it.
Despite trampling over others in her words, she can sometimes get trampled on. Sometimes the words of others can get to her, and sometimes she may not have a clue what to say back - resulting in angry sulking. This shows that while she does have feelings - and is able to get hurt from others - that the protective shell she has created around herself prevents others from getting close, making her seem almost like a loner, an outcast, to which she seems perfectly happy with. Baize likes to observe others from a distance, creating a quick first impression which often impacts their first greeting, if there ever is one...too bad it always turns badly.
History ;; Baize was born to a single father, her mother having dumped them at the first moment she was able, leaving the young male to tend to two young pups - Baize and a twin sister. From very early on, and due to the dads inexperience, dominance was established among the pups, with Baize's sister, Hailey, being the dominant of the pair. This resulted in many squabbles for food, to which their father tried to provide as much paint as he could for the both of them - but with Hailey growing quickly in size, she often overpowered Baize and ate the majority herself, leaving her sister at a disadvantage.
Around the age of three years, Baize's father made a decision - with both pups growing, one slower than the other, he couldn't afford to divide his attention...and so gave the young pup up, keeping her bigger sister as he believed that he wouldn't be able to care properly for Baize, and left her at an orphanage. She was quickly accepted in, settling in and being able to get more nourishment then she ever had been able to - but even from there, things continued to decline.
Baize was soon in her first foster home by the age of five, but ended up being sent back after a few months, as she had happened to bite one of the new parents. Deciding that they had probably done something wrong, they sent her to more homes after that, hoping to result in a successful adoption - but it was always a few weeks, up to two months, that the pup would get sent back - if it was for biting or being very naughty, it got the orphanage staff worried, as they were unsure of what was wrong with her, although it soon grew apparent as she, at the age of seven, happened to bite one of the staff angrily.
Since then she has always been extremely angry and unpredictable, throwing tantrums and resulting in the loss of food privileges and the like, to which in turn made her worse. She wasn't able to be adopted out, and spent the rest of her childhood there, rejecting others from getting close, and even attacking other children if they tried to - she happened to even get her own room in a closet, as they didn't trust her enough to be in a room with anyone else - not even staff.
At the age of fifteen, Baize took charge of herself, and one day escaped. It's not like they actually tried to chase her - they let the teen free, to where she was exposed to the city, and was able to comprehend what she was able to do, and what she had to do now in order to survive. She soon joined a gang, and although small, managed to fight and argue her way to a good position. While she has calmed down a little, and can bear to be around some others, it doesn't tend to last long - always kicking out those who get on her nerves too much.
