Typically in order for him to be able to communicate to another cow or bull he has to have a cow or bull that he is very close to speak for him. He does this by whispering what he wants to say in their ear for them to relay back to the cow/bull he is new around. This typically will go on for a while until one day he figures out he can start having small conversations with that new cow/bull
