siren's high school sweetheart izzy was at one point the love of her life. anyone and everyone who knew them had at one point proclaimed, "they're perfect for each other" or something of that nature. however, conflicting aspirations and families tore the two apart. isabelle wanted nothing more than to open a small candy shop, while siren dreamed big and worked towards her dream job and cozy house by the sea. eventually, fearing for a huge breakup, siren ended things with her valentine and parted ways. izzy didn't take the news easily, but later moved on. the two had promised to stay in touch, but things got in the way and the two haven't contacted each other for years.

They were together in middle school and did everything together. Things just didn't work out though, they would get into arguments and there was always too much drama between everyone. This was about 9 years ago though, they are now both single and haven't seen or talked to each other since middle school. It is probably for the best though, it would probably be a little awkward if they saw each other again
