Jax positively adores both of his parents, even if he knows they’re not related biologically. Neither of them have ever shown him anything other than unconditional love, so why shouldn’t he do the same? During the day, Jax will run about the tavern his mother owns, trying his best to help out alongside his siblings. He wants to lighten the load of work his mother has to do, as a sort of repayment for taking care of him. Oftentimes the viscling will get distracted, however, and will stop to hang out with his father for awhile. Jaxon will crawl up into a seat next to Cosmo and just watch as people come and go. He finds it very relaxing, and at times will even fall asleep to the sounds of the tavern. Of course, he gets right back to work after that, chasing down his mother to see if she has any special jobs for him.
At nighttime, however, he calms down considerably, slowly moving from table to table as he helps wipe them down and clean up the place. Despite his endless enthusiasm to help his mother out around the place, he enjoys sleeping and lazing around whenever he can. When the three all snuggle into bed, Jax is, surprisingly, usually not the first one to fall asleep- at least, not when one of his parents tells them a story before bed. He absolutely adores his parents stories, especially the ones that aren’t just made-up fairytales. Little Jax never sleeps while hearing a story, and lying in bed with his family while being told a story is one of his favorite things to do.
Overall, Jax maintains a positive relationship with both of his parents, and loves both of them with all of his heart.

Do they celebrate thanksgiving and why/why not:
Thanksgiving is a holiday of showing your gratitude to others, and what better time for Jax to be extra helpful? While he doesn’t know the reason behind Thanksgiving, he does still join in the festivities and consumption of food. Jaxon is a big fan of most foods in general, so it’s no wonder this holiday is pretty high up on his list of favorites. It’s a time to spend with all of his family, and even though he gets to see them all the time, it’s always nice to be able to sit down with all of them and just eat and be merry. Jax loves the idea of a holiday devoted to both family and eating, two things he greatly enjoys. Every time Thanksgiving rolls around, he acts on his best behaviour, even going so far as to try and help out even more than usual.
Thanksgiving represents a time of happiness for Jax as well as a time to make others as happy as he is, something he wholeheartedly supports. The little viscet will pass out little handmade cards to everyone who comes to the tavern, greeting them with a cheerful smile and a glad heart. For his family, he always tries to get them little gifts that he knows they’ll love, mostly cute, handmade items. Jax always makes sure the whole family goes around and says what they’re thankful for, firmly sticking to that tradition. He loves Thanksgiving, even if he knows only the aspects of being thankful and feasting.
Favorite fall treat and why:
The position of Jax’s favorite Fall treat is a rather lofty one, considering he is not very picky with his foods and drinks and likes just about everything, but, in the end, only one thing can hold the position of his absolute favorite- and that is rice krispy treats. Specifically, rice krispy treats fashioned to look like turkeys. Rather simple, but Jaxon likes it that way- he was never really once for overly fancying things, especially when it comes to food. For the most part, he doesn’t care whether or not his food looks pretty, as in the end he’s just going to eat it anyways. However, rice krispy treats represent an exception. Desserts are inherently fun for Jax, as well as most of the season of Fall, so why not enjoy something like this every so often? And, besides, Jax thinks the little treats are quite cute, and they’re incredibly fun to make and decorate. Every Fall, Jax has made it into a tradition to make a few batches of rice krispy treats, decorate them, and then lay around nibbling on them while drinking hot cocoa. You can usually find him on his bed, wrapped up in a nice, warm blanket while eating them. He also loves to bake extras to pass out around the tavern to everyone who happens to be there, wanting everyone else to enjoy the desserts just as much as he does.
