Indeed, they do~ ^^ Below is some information about their breeding;

*Furtopians may breed 5 times in a lifetime and can have 3 babies to a litter. (rolled for by 3rds)
*They do not mate for life and each breeding can be done through different parents.
*Polyamorous furs may be bred all together and up to four different parents.
*All NBs are made on their adult looks for ease of creation- but they can be any age at the owner’s will.
*Breeding cool down is one week after an NB’s creation however a fur can only be bred twice a month.
