Should we decide on collar colours and names now or later?

Collars now because I would like to not have to edit their adult version after I draw them. Also please note that number two will be a solid blue as an adult do to an error I made when drawing the puppy form

For #3's collar for when he grows up, i'd like it to be a dark blue with small bones.
