This pretty mare is one of the four AISPs found swimming off the coast of Seward. She is quite skittish and impossible to work with when using a halter. She really doesn't like being around humans but could possibly be trained with enough time and effort. She seems to be quite smart and has figured out to unlatch paddock gates when people aren't around and has run away on multiple occasions. Aside from that, she is very healthy and appears to have very few parasites.

Retrieving the AISP.


Dawn broke the night sky overlooking the mountains. Alisha was already up and dressed eating breakfast. She knew she was due at the stockyards in 20 mins so she had gotten up early. Finishing her last bite of toast, Alisha grabbed her coat and strode out of her wood cabin. The frost had settled on the ground as the crisp morning air blew over the Alaskan mountains. Starting up her 4WD, Alisha drove out of her property and to the stockyards. When she arrived, she went straight to the obvious trailer which the AISP mare was loaded in. "Let her out," Alisha nodded at the person who transported the mare here. Within seconds of the ramp being put down, the mare shot backwards, rearing and bucking as she turned and ran into the circle corral. Alisha smiled tensely as one of the park rangers herded the mare into another narrow path. When she reached the end, the man quickly shut the gate, closing her in. Feeling vulnerable, the mare reared and squealed, trying to escape but to no avail.
