Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sentient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Prompt:
"I'm really not too sure about this.."
"You look amazing, seriously. You're a beauty. Everyone will fall in love with you on that stage, they'll never even know it's you!"
"But what about the...."
"Don't worry about it, I have a plan."
The bell chimed which announced his entrance into the play. His friends smiled at him endearingly and gave him a friendly push onto the stage.
"You can do it!" They whispered, and he nervously turned his gaze forward. He walked out, the bell on his bow jingling faintly as he walked onto the silent stage. The three little balls attached to it rubbed against his face, leaving him with an uncomfortable feeling. He took a deep breath, and then began to speak.
"Oh, how my travels have failed me! I have yet to find what it is I really want. I want to know who I am, I want to understand myself! Oh dearest, why do none understand what ails me so?"
The crowd was enthralled with his voice, understanding that it was a male speaking, but that thought had not even crossing their minds. He sounded so regal and alluring, his big eyes looking around with sadness. His movements were so gallant and serene as he stepped across the stage. Many of the kalons teared up as time had passed, feeling more and more attached to their story.
And then handsome kalon entered the scene, covered in dirt,blood and mud. The two had such chemistry on stage together it could have been mistaken for true love. The scenes were passionate and emotional, driven by nerves, fear, and enjoyment all at once. They had rehearsed many times but this time was serious. Eden knew what was coming next, the one thing they'd never truly rehearsed.
He prayed that the other would come through for him, and he could feel his heart racing impatiently. It was coming. His heart was to leap from his chest if any sudden movement occured.
As the end neared, the two turned to each other, Eden with tears forming in his eyes from embarrassment and fear, and they kissed. The stage curtain fell, and stunned gasp could be heard. His cheeks grew increasingly red, and he averted his eyes from his friend.
"You didn't have any plan, did you?" He mumbled, sounding in between nervousness and overflowing excitement.
"Of course not. You should have known better." His friend grinned, pressing his head against Eden's.

Small Details:
Eden went to an all boys institution from elementary to high school. He was always very feminine, but never tried to embrace it. After his act in the play, he found a passion in female clothing, choosing to wear it at certain times when he felt it suited him. He enjoys the soft textures and frilly look, but also appreciates a good ol' suit depending on his mood. Dressing feminine reminds him of his high school love, which he shall forever treasure. Even to this day the play outfit is his favorite for when he's feeling more girly.

Occupation:
Works at theatres in a the moderate sized town he occupies as an actor and an occasional wardrobe assistant, where he chooses outfits to be worn while acting. He is very diverse and his roles range from musicals to silent plays.

xxx the other is his masked high school love from the play, where they are sitting in a boat. It is the kiss scene that makes him blush even now.

History:
When Órfhlaith was younger she had been forgotten a lot because of how quiet she was. Her parents would worry about her all the time. One time she was kidnapped and her father had been awake in order to stop it, but he had been hurt in the process. She grew up with her father in the hospital until the age of three. He had died without her knowing him and her mother had gone into a depression. This caused Órfhlaith to grow up faster than she should have just to take care of her mother. She had learned to do everything by herself so she grew more shy and timid around everyone. Her mother finally came out of the depression and started to take care of Órfhlaith, but it was way too late. Órfhlaith had become an independent kalon causing her mother to regret a lot throughout her life. Her mother had almost ended her life, but Órfhlaith had found her and sent her to the hospital before any permanent damage was committed. After her mother was discharged Órfhlaith tried to be less independent with her mother knowing that that was the reason her hospitalization was caused by it. Now they live a happier life and talk a lot together even if she is extremely shy at school.

Órfhlaith looked around her small room slowly taking in the brightness of the rising sun. Yawning she walked to her closet and opened the door. walking in the small closet she found an outfit and threw it on. She quickly walked out of the closet to her bathroom. Brushing her hair and teeth she smiled in the mirror. Her freckles dotting along her nose lifted as her small smile grew. She would do it today. She was determined to tell her crush that she loved him. Her heart skipped a beat at the thought and she quickly turned away from the mirror feeling her face heat up. The thought was enough to make her blush from embarrassment. Taking a deep breath she walked out of her bathroom and down her stairs and into the kitchen. She smiled softly at her mother as she sat down at the table as she started to eat the pancakes her mother had made before Órfhlaith came downstairs. She hummed in delight as she closed her eyes savoring the sweet flavor of her mother's cooking. Today was a good day so far. She hoped it would be a good day throughout. She got up after she finished her breakfast and cleaned her dishes putting them away. She smiled and kissed her mother's cheek, "Bye mom! I'm going to school now. Stay safe." Her mother chuckled and hugged her goodbye. With that Órfhlaith ran out her home grabbing her bag in the process. She lived close to her school which was pretty convenient when she was called to come home quickly. Slowing down to a stop she panted trying to catch her breath. Her backpack was heavier than usual with all the books she had to carry home so she could finish her homework. She briskly walked into the school and to her locker. She opened up easily and placed the many books that she didn't need that day inside. She zipped her bag back up and placed it on her small shoulders. She heard laughing and turned to see her crush and his friends. She blushed as she watched him. His friend was saying something that she couldn't understand because he was laughing too hard. She looked at the male she had developed a crush on and quickly looked away her face growing warmer. She turned back to her locker and closed it swiftly and turned around. She jumped almost about to bump into someone and quickly maneuvered her way out of the maze of many kalons. Walking into her class she sat at her desk and looked across the room seeing him once again. She quickly looked away and turned to the front as the teacher walked in. Throughout the first classes of the day she would look over at him. His name was Astrum. He was gorgeous! She knew that he probably didn't know her. She was invisible to everyone around her because of how quiet she was. She sighed and pulled out her notebook and a pen. She had been paying attention the whole time to the lesson, but she had already learned about this. She started to doodle on it. Sometimes she would draw a heart and write her and Astrum's name in it and smile softly daydreaming of what it would be like. The b=lunch bee=ll finally rang forcing her back into reality. She packed up her utensils and notebook into her bag and quickly walked out. She made sure not to run into anyone, but it didn't really work out the way she planned it to. She bumped into someone hard and she fell causing the books she held in her arms fall to the floor. She mumbled an apology and looked up only to see her crush, Astrum. She blushed a bright red and quickly picked up her books and she ran out to the cafeteria. She set her bag and books down and walked into the lunch line. She covered her face from embarrassment of her fall and in front of her crush as well! She sighed knowing that he would think she was pathetic now. She maybe shouldn't tell him today after all. She clapped her face with both her hands snapping her out of her depressing thoughts. She will tell him even if he doesn't like her back. She can handle it...right? She took a deep breath taking in the smell and different tastes of the lunch. Grabbing a plate she walked to the windows and told the woman what she wanted. She gave a soft smile which was returned by a beam of sunlight, "Have a good day." Órfhlaith nodded slowly and turned away hoping that she could have a better day. She shrugged and punched in her lunch number and walking to her table. She opened her books and quickly went over the homework she was assigned that day so far. She took very few bites out of the lunch, but she wasn't that hungry anyway. The closer the end of the day got the more anxious with the thoughts of confessing filling her mind. Thankfully they had paused when she started to do homework. She was too busy to think about something like love in that moment. She had to get good grades for her mother and she wouldn't fall behind. She smiled finally finishing her homework. Just as she closed her book the bell rang again telling the students to go back to class. She sighed and threw away her paper plate and grabbed her things. Walking out she placed her books inside her locker and walked into her next class. The same thing throughout the day happened. The bell rang, she packed her things up and walked out the door thinking about ways of how to tell him. Now she sat in her last class barely being able to sit still. She was nervous. What would he say? He probably doesn't even know me! Why do I like him? I...don't know! Wait, am I having second thoughts? Nope. I don't think so. Her heart started to beat faster as the clocks ticking grew louder in her ears. Breathing was getting a bit difficult and she was terrified, but she knew she had to tell him. Tell him now or don't tell him at all. She decided that she shouldn't regret something that she didn't do.She had left a note in his locker in the morning and she hoped he would go to the meet up point. She smiled softly as she waited behind the library. She always felt more comfortable in the library and no one really goes out of school that way anyway. It was a perfect place to confess. She waited a few minutes and decided to sit down wondering if he would actually come. She started to fiddle with the edge of her coat getting more nervous as the minutes passed by slowly.
