kalon's backstory and how it has shaped their character; Artemis was raised by a very hot headed mother who would toss around angry words at any given moment when she was mad. Most words hurt Artemis greatly, she was a hyper and easily distracted child but she loved her mama dearly. Her mother would look down on her plans and her dreams leaving Artemis longing for a kind word and instilled rebelliousness in her at the same time. In a way she wanted to prove her mother wrong while forcing her to give her a reason to praise Artemis, so she became bolder and more confident. She needed all the confidence to keep her mom's sharp words from doing any more damage to her. Artemis is now always on the lookout for anything wild and new to learn, explore and do. Her creativity knows no bounds and she's always asking the question. "Why not?"
