She was sitting on the street, clearly homeless so Okami brought her home. Both of them became the best of friends, even if the female was 78. They went everywhere, and one day the female knitted Okami a hat. It was beautiful, and she brought it with her, never setting it down or leaving it behind. A few months later, the female passed away, and now you cant see Okami anywhere without it.
