Kalon Name: Finnick Jove Foster
Kalon Gender: male
Sexuality: bisexual
Personality:
Finnick J. Foster walks like a god because he considers
himself the next best thing. Finnick J. Foster talks like
what he's got to say is the most important thing you'll
ever hear because he knows it is. Finnick J. Foster isn't
just anybody. No, he's important. He's something.
Others are beneath him (or so he believes).
Finnick is an arrogant lawyer with a minor god complex.
Finnick walks with a sway in his walk, his head up high,
and an expression that shows that he knows something
you don't. Overly confident in and out of the courtroom,
Finnick J. always has something to say. He's extremely
opinionated, if you don't believe what he believes you're
completely wrong and your opinion is irrelevant. He's
also excitable, often having to be told to calm down in
court after he shouts and slams his hands down on
tables. He's snarky to his colleagues, laughing at their
mistakes and making off-hand comments about them
to their face.
Finnick, outside of the courtroom, is a charming man.
He's got a smile to make any kalon swoon and eyes
that sparkle when he earns a giggle or cute comment
when talking to someone. He's a casual flirt, a classic
romantic when he feels a spark. He'll spend large sums
of money on his dates, showering them in gifts and
being rather clingy once things start to pick up in a
relationship. His clinginess can lead to a rocky end,
however, some people just don't appreciate his
kind gestures the way he thinks they should.
Finnick J. Foster isn't afraid to play dirty. Always
digging up dirt and subtly slandering his rivals
names. He's a clever man, able to create drama
between his colleagues so they drag themselves
down without him having to interfere again.
Story:
"No further questions."
"You may step down, jurors may be excused."
Soft whispering drifted through the room, attorney Foster
gathered his papers and evidence into his briefcase. As
he was leaving, the footsteps echoing behind him didn't
halt his own footsteps out the door. "Mr. Foster," the
voice of his rival called to him, causing him to stop just
outside of the heavy courtroom door.
"Ah. I thought you would come to find me during this brief
time away. Something I can help you with?" Finnick's eyes
twinkled, he spun around on his heel to make eye contact
with the slightly taller man. A smile danced on his lips as
he took in the sight, his dear rival seemed quite distraught.
He couldn't imagine why.
"You realize what you're doing, right?" The man asked,
he kept a stoic expression but Foster could see his eye
twitching. This part was always the most fun for him,
the interactions with others.
"Can't imagine what you mean, sir." He smiled, the
man before him's lips began to twitch as well. Seems
he was getting to him. Good. His eyes drifted slightly,
noticing the looseness of his colleague's tie. He made
eye contact again, still smiling, eyes still twinkling.
"You, Finnick Foster, are about to send an innocent man
to jail!" The man almost shouted, but caught himself
before he could cause a scene, obviously quite heated.
Finnick's smile only grew to a pleasant grin. He stepped
closer, nearly chest to chest with this man, reached out,
and adjusted his tie a little too tightly.
"I'm not doing anything, maybe if you were a better
lawyer the jury would believe your client is innocent
as much as you do," and with that, Finnick J. Foster
was sauntering away down the hall.

History:
Finnick J. grew up as the eldest child of an upper class family. His mother was a homemaker who ended up with more kids than she could handle and his father was the CEO of a big company that sent him traveling around the world for most of the year. He learned to make things go his way at a young age, convincing his siblings to do things or lie for him at a minimal fee. He would often tease and poke at his younger siblings without getting into trouble because he could talk his way out of it. His word became more of a law than his mother's around the house, given that she was usually stressed to the point of not wishing to communicate with any of them anyway. He learned to ignore his mother and harbor a bit of resentment toward his father who ruled stronger than Finnick's mother when he was actually home.
Finnick was a history fanatic for as long as he could remember, he always found it interesting and loved learning about it. He had his parents by him as many law books as he could get his hands on. He kept them by his bed and read them every night, usually until he fell asleep. By the time he was fourteen he probably knew the law better than most of the lawmakers and he had already decided on his career.╘══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╛

Relationships:Locke
Locke considers himself the worst of the worst, so for a lawyer he needs the best of the best. Locke heard about the young lawyer from a friend of his and hired him after seeing his reputation. Finnick J. Foster considers him a friend, as they've known each other for a couple years now. He's gotten him out of trouble in a few instances before Locke's name got big, and Locke is good at returning favors by getting rid of those pesky bits of evidence against Finnick's latest client.
Bacilli
A friend and a helpful one. Bacilli is quite useful, digging up dirt or making it disappear depending on what the corrupt lawyer calls for.
Yuuma
Another helpful pal, usually more useful in getting rid of pesky eyewitnesses that are causing a bit of an obstacle in the case. They aren't close friends, but Finnick definitely appreciates him.
Lindsay
A friend of Locke's, she sometimes does odd jobs for Finnick when Locke can't figure out what to do with her when she gets bored. Finnick finds her intriguing, a bit strange.
Xerxes
Finnick was lucky to have connections when it came to this particular acquaintance. After having someone order a hit on Finnick, Xerxes, the young assassin, decided not to act on it because of Finnick's connections to Bacilli and Lindsay. They get along pretty well.╘══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╛
