Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sentient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Lyra is a pickpocket, and a good one at that - now, obviously, they wouldn't do such things without
good reason! Or, maybe, they would, I'm not quite sure..
Anyway, Lyra just barely gets by as it is, even with their thievery, so it's no surprise that they lie a
little about how happy they really are.
It's not hurting anyone, right? People don't really care how they feel, anyway..

Gif: here / obasi loves dolphins, when he was young he want on a cruise and saw a pod of dolphins swimming along the ship, one of which was pink. mesmerized, he set a goal to swim with dolphins once he gains enough money, and for now, he collects spare change in a jar for the funding of the project.
Song: here / no lyrics but they're pretty distinguishable / music is a pretty important aspect of obasi's life, and he always has his ipod and a set of earbuds somewhere nearby. this is one of his favorite, out of the 103 songs on his list.
Extra: obasi sat idly at his desk, dozing off to his music. he glanced out the window, noticing the sun was nearly down. yawning, he got up, stretched and peered out of his dorm. silence. retreating back inside, he took a stride to his desk, where he retrieved his phone, and texted his roommate to bring back pixie sticks. turning off the catchy tune which was playing aloud from his radio, he opened the dorm window, breathing in the fresh air. he imagined shamelessly downing pixie sticks one by one. he licked his teeth and went to get ready for bed.
