Torren. Torren can't stand the thought of any relationship heading downhill,
so he remains in his cottage with few good friends. Torren jokes about a great

everything wrong in this world makes it just a little bit better, though in reality
it makes it much worse. Perhaps the reason he likes his small town so much is
that bad things rarely ever happen there, so he can pretend that nothing is
wrong with the world. That never lasts for long, eventually one of his friends
will call and ask if he heard the news, and he will be reminded that there is so
much bad in this world which makes it so very hard to see the good.
