Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sentient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

extra "princess adelaide! your father is awaiting you in the dining room." the butler called, collecting the dirtied dishes leftover from adelaide's breakfast. adelaide took an exaggerated breath in, shutting her book rather exasperatedly. she turned her head, "what do they need me for?" she questioned, her eyes darting towards the butler. "i do not know, for they would not tell me." he responded, leaving the room. adelaide rolled her eyes, standing up from her chair and beginning to walk to the dining room.

when she arrived to the room, her father gave her a smile, one of which met his eyes. "adelaide. it is nice to see you. i have called you here to inform you that many princes are coming into our village, i expect you to find a husband in one of them." he directed. adelaide fell silent. her paws began to shake. this was the moment she must tell him. "f-father.. i do not like men." her voice shook. her father frowned, "what is it you mean to tell me, adelaide?". adelaide exhaled, her voice quivering, "i like girls.". it was quiet for a moment. "adelaide, please banish yourself from my sights." her father instructed angrily.

Reason this is their Name:
Mildred was given this name because I think it suits her personality and appearance through and through. She is incredibly kind hearted, thoughtful and sincere, constantly putting herself before others. The way the strength comes into her personality is that she didn’t have the easiest of upbringings, but is incredibly strong as a result of it, so despite her quiet, gentle and sincere exterior, she is incredibly tough and perseverant on the inside, so I think this name suits her perfectly. Also, I just think it fits her appearance perfectly, a gentle, pretty name to compliment her delicate, beautiful design.

Mildred's Tea-party Trepidation

“Oh dear oh dear oh dear!” cried the flustered little kalon, her fur covered in flour, strewn with bits of cake batter, and her apron completely splattered with cake mixture. Mildred let out a frustrated huff, clanging the cake tin down on the counter in anger. She looked up to the ceiling and huffed to herself, muttering, “Why can I not just bake a silly cake?!” She had been trying to make this cake for hours, determined to make her tea party as perfect as she could.

Mildred finally managed to compose herself, steadily dusting down her apron and picking the pieces of cake batter out of her fur with disgust. But she was determined not to give up, so set straight back to work, grabbing the bowl and stirring furiously. Once she was finally happy with her batter, after much experimenting and flinging about the flour and sugar, and a large debate about quite how much vanilla extract to add, she poured her prize mixture slowly into the tin, taking extra care as to not spill any. Once safely in, she finally put the cake straight in the oven, letting out a squeal of delight. Success!
