Tui is the moon spirit in Avatar
The Last Airbender. I felt the
name fitting since both Tui and
La took on the form of koi fish.
My Renn would be her "La", the
spirit of the ocean since he
mainly focuses on water wishes.

need, not things that they just
want. most preferably she likes
to grant wishes to those who
come to the koi pond in which
she spends most of her time
around. It is her favorite place
and has become a place of wishes
since she started granting wishes
and now some believe the pond
to be a magical and sacred place.

Tui is a calm and quiet girl, spending most of her time relaxing and waiting for someone who needs her to grant a wish for them. She prefers to grant them secretly, being on the shy side and preferring to stay hidden over making a grand show of granting any wish. She also does not want greedy people coming straight to her just to get things they want. She is compassionate towards those who are truly in need like if they lost something precious to them, or don't have enough food or water for their families. She is especially compassionate towards those who come to her little koi pond, especially when they travel a long ways in order to seek out what they truly need or to wish for someone close to them. She is gentle and would never harm a soul and she is caring towards those who are hurt both physically and emotionally. She likes to comfort the hurting as best as she can, sometimes even showing herself based on the circumstances. She is always willing to show kindness to all who come to her koi pond for help, no matter what they look like or the circumstances, she always give others a chance. She is timid and not only does she not like to show herself but she is scared easily. Someone could come up beside her, say "Boo" and have her running for cover in fear. She is a major softy, but a kind and gentle one who can be a very loyal friend once you get to know her or once she if comfortable enough with you to show herself.
Around Renn she can be cuddly and always feel a little more safe around the male Bishlo. She is more open to speaking with him and she loves working together to grant wishes when he comes to visit the pond. She has left her pond once or twice since his arrival and has become a little more brave, though she still prefers the comfort and familiarity of her little pond.

Relationships:
The Koi Fish - The koi fish in the pond she loves are some of her closes companions. She spends a lot of time with them and enjoys watching them swim around. They love to entertain her by leaping out of the pond and even booping her on the nose if she is close enough.

Renn - One of the few, besides her previous koi, that has gotten close enough to her to actually get near her. She was first attracted to Renn because of his love for water which she noticed the first day he visited her pond. She was waiting for him to make a wish, but he didn't he just watched and listened to the water, as well as watching the koi. It was only when she came out of hiding that she realized he was a Bishlo like herself. She enjoys his visits to the pond, though he tends to do a lot more moving around then she does, providing for all who need water.

About: Da Koíh he's name is based by a a chinese fish
called "koi fish" i thought that Da koíh it's really similuar to a Koi fish
so that's why i called him Da Koíh, and i actually really loved this
name ;u;

Da Koíh is mostly know for his pacient, he is a very calm "person" and
rarely gets mad, he's almost never found at home since he's always
navigating thought the ocean and it's one of he's favorite hoobys.

Since he's friends thinks that "Da Koíh" it's a big name they just
call him Kóih, Kóih prefers to go navegating alone but
sometimes he invites he's friends just to have some fun..
He says that the ocean it's a calm place for calm people.

Kóih doesn't do finshing, he aprecciate every living creature
and he thinks that fishing is disrespect the nature beauty
Kóih also doesn't know how to swin, quite ironic huh?
But he doesn't let that affects him he does not "fear" the ocean
but he rather stay on hes boat then to swin.

One day Kóih went to a small vacation on a ship, he felt bored
so he just stayed with the captain the holl vacation, he learned
so much about the ocean and he was captive on the captain's
ocean stories tha he wanted to live the same stories one day
the captain liked hes determination that he gave Kóih and sailor's
hat, he said that one day that sailor's hat would turn into a
captain's hat.

I hope I did understand you right.
I am not completly happy with the character i designed, so this isn't complete, but this are my firs thoughts about him and I want to chare them.

I would name him Albert. Not a traditional chinese name for a magical chreature as a bishlo, but for me he looks like one.
Albert is a male bishlo. He is an old bishlo, but not very powerfull. He may have granted a lot of wishes in his life, but none of them was very difficult. He is only able to performe smal task with his magic, because the power of his magic, despite his age and practice, never grow, since he was a small bishlo pup. I his early life, he was compared to most bishlos in his age quite powerfull. But this changed over the years. Now his is a bishlo with smal powers.
Time made a calm older bishlo out of Albert. In his young age he was a tempered person. One who always wanted to have his will and never stopped to try to get his will. This brought him into a lot of complicated siturations. Over his age his sence of empathy grow. He can easily tell someones feelings, at least he believes so.
He is common sized bishlo. Non of his appearence is uncommon for an addult bishlo as him, despite his furres colours, or better said the sparkles upon them. his mother, may she rest in peace, always said his sparkles and colours remindet her of a koi. She never explained to him why he is named "Albert", she only smiled then her son asked this question once again to her.
"Albert, my dearest son, a name is just a word. It does not define you. It's like the sparkles on your fur. Like the colours of your rope, bells and ears. You did not choos it, but still it is you. A name is what you are, not who. There is no reason to a name. It's just a word. Nothing more."- Alberts mother
