The Akhal-Teke is one of my favorite breeds. There was one at a barn I used to work for, and he stole my heart. They are so naturally athletic and smart, and their coats are so shiny! They also are one of the oldest horse breeds in existence. Sometimes, an Akhal-Teke foal is born hairless, it's a rare gene.

I am going to have to say Arabian. They are definitely my favorite breed. Their temperament varies, but they seem to be a bit more prissy or bossy of a breed. My sister's grandpa used to have this white arabian mare. They said she was able to just jump into the back of the trailer without needing a ramp. Once she was in the trailer she wasn't going to leave it until they went somewhere. She normally only did this for hunting season. She was smart enough to figure out when they were going hunting and she would already be in the trailer waiting. Arabians are smart and I love their dished heads and high tails.

i find the most interesting are dutch warmbloods, i love dressage, have always loved it, and the dutch warmbloods are so cute, though elegant, and graceful. they are in common colours but make the colours look good. however, i dont own a warmblood, i wish i did cx
