This tree is the Chained Oak, a cursed tree in Alton Towers, England. After an Earl refused to give an old beggar woman a coin, she placed a curse on his family: for every branch of the tree that falls, a family member will die. The curse came true the night after a severe storm, so he had the tree wrapped in chains, to prevent any more branches from falling...but the years have taken their toll, and more branches could fall at any time.
