Palette choice: It's in oekaki... err, well i only used three/four colors... so if an artist takes this and wants to add more to the pallet then they may do so.
however here is some tips for tools i used for effects even if the color doesnt look like its present:
1) a lot of my work goes hand-in-hand with the Overlay effect, so some of the colors you see that are not on in the direct pallet are probably made through the mixes of the overlay.
2) sometimes, i use the dodge tool on the base, but i try to avoid adding color to the direct base, because i like EVERYTHING to be in their own layer so i can add and remove anything as i please.
Bond Description: This bond is a strong representation of a constellation, Namely the Pegasus constellation despite the lack of wings, since the legitimate Pegasus constellation also lacks wings. I am attempting to design background stars and also the milkyway of sorts.

i felt like it didnt have enough color and "milky way/space" feel, so i added a few layers of extra color T^T

OH! and i fixed the constellation to be accurate ^^ same number of stars in as close of placing as i could make it
