"Well, it's a tough job but someone's got to do it! I'm in charge of communicating to over 2,000 guests every two
and a half weeks, almost as many people from where I grew up. I'm a people person so I love to talk and
make others laugh, but I'm there to help and get serious if problems might arise. It's not always fun
and games, but I make it a point that our guests have a safe and
equally enjoyable vacation on our luxury cruise liner.
I have to be a good listener and be willing to work with others; every person's needs are different and I've taught
myself to adapt to different situations and types of people. I've also learned as well that I must take criticism in stride,
not everyone will like me on stage or they may have something to say about how I direct those on my ship.
You can't please everyone but in my years of experience, it is both wise and good practice to be willing
to improve and maybe change how you do things once in a while.

Simon is definitely one to have a positive influence on his wife; it seems he can always make her laugh and cheer her up when she's down. Simon and Kioki are the biggest jokesters of the family. They are seen constantly trying to outdo each other through small
harmless pranks and terrible puns, especially on April Fool's (aka Simon's birthday). The two of them get along very well,

With Cookie being the youngest, he tended to be the most spoiled between his siblings. He grew up not knowing as much discipline, and was often picked on in school for being more excitable and "weird". Later when he grew older and got a job as a mailman, one day he came across an odd package with armor, a helmet, and a belt (and adding a rad scarf to it on his own). Cookie decided to keep this outfit and found a new sense of self-esteem and confidence, through helping people and secretly fighting crime as sort of a fun side job.
Simon was surprised and a bit worried for his son about getting into potential danger, but was okay with it once he noticed how much of a positive impact it had on Cookie. They will occasionally pass each other on mail runs or while helping an old lady cross the street, and Cookie breaks his cool vigilante persona to smile and wave at his old man.
