Lokakuu seems like she is always in a bad mood, and that’s because most of the time she is. Those
who know her are used to it, and have no choice but the cope with it and be patient with her.
There are times when she’s lightened up and had a smile on her face, but those moments are
quite rare and pass by quickly. Some even joke and say ‘Quick! Get the camera! She’s actually
smiling!’ when she’s in a good mood.
A lot of people ask her to lighten up and she does try her best (though it may not seem like it),
but she can just snap so easily so she doesn’t see the point in being happy.
Apart from that, she's quite loyal and caring even if she doesn't show it, and sticks up for her
brother... even if he does things that make her want to rip her fur out.

Loka loves her big brother, and loves the fact that she has grown
to be taller than him. She takes every opportunity possible to tease
him, but he knows she is only joking. They have a strong bond
between them, despite being complete opposites. When they were
little kits, they'd be fighting over who got the last cookie one minute
(which normally ended with Loka throwing a glass of water over him,
leaving him in a pool of tears and wet fur as he shivered pathetically)
and next they'd be chilling together surrounded in blankets.

The way Loka acts changes when she sees another female she
finds attractive. It’s blatantly obvious when she tries to hit on
someone, as she acts all kind towards them and tries to get their
attention as often as possible. However, Tammi finds it ridiculous
that she can suddenly change the way she acts to come across as
a more likeable kalon just to pull some chick. He tends to pull this
face to tell Loka that he knows what game she’s playing, but
won’t mention it in front of anyone else.



Loka works as a lifeguard. She loves the atmosphere others bring and most people are just so
nice. It’s quite uplifting; she’s happiest when she’s watching over a full pool with kids splashing
around and people just having fun. But if she catches one of the kids breaking the rules, she
will just snap at them automatically without considering their reaction. Once or twice she has
made someone cry after she’s unleashed her fiery rage at them for being so inconsiderate, but
that’s something she wishes to not remember.

Getting Tammi out of the house is quite difficult, as he prefers the warm comfort of his home
and she wants to go walk around and breathe in the fresh air. Because it's raining most of the
time and no matter how hard she pleads, persuades and even tries to guilt trip him, he won't
budge. When they're waling around town and the heavens above open out, he has to hurry home
which is quite annoying when Loka feels they haven't spent much time out.

Kahu is constantly worrying about the well-being of her little sister. She knows she must get on Aloha's nerves at times but she knows one day she'll understand why she is the way she is. Kahu had no one to worry about her when she was younger and she was put in a lot of bad situations. Kahu wants the best for her little sister and she knows Aloha deserves that. She has always admired Aloha's personality and how care-free she is. That is why Kahu is so protective of Aloha, she worries for her so Aloha doesn't have to have worries. Looking after Aloha makes her happy and she of course loves spending enjoyable moments with her sister. Kahu is quite creative and enjoys making jewelry out of seashells. Lucky is a very excitable little kalon, eager to do his best in making everyone around him as happy as he possibly can! Though of course, the one thing he loves even more than making people smile would be candy and other sweet sugary treats. You can almost always find him bouncing around happily chatting to anyone and everyone in sight about anything and everything that might sound interesting to him, going on and on like the cheerful chatterbox he is. Being very excitable, he squeals and hops around at any happy little news he gets, especially when it involves the good fortune of his friends.

It's actually difficult to make Lucky genuinely upset over something, as he always assumes the best intentions from people. If someone lied to him, he'd naturally just assume that they were simply mistaken rather than purposefully giving him wrong information. This can get him into a bit of trouble at times, and make him easy to manipulate, but so far he's been lucky enough to not come across any of those who would take advantage of him. Plus he's just so darn friendly and talkative! Who would want to be mean to this little ball of fur?

Though not as much of an adventurer as his best friend Charm, Lucky loves to satisfy his curiosity about things. More often than not though, that leads to more and more questions, the most common being "But why?" Being a child's creation, he was instilled with not only childlike innocence, but the immense wonder and imagination of a child as well, always looking for why things work the way they do and asking 'why' to almost everything, even if he does become somewhat easily confused at the answer (which only prompts more questions).

Usually, he lets Charm take most of the lead, but that doesn't mean he's not every bit as friendly as excitable as he is!




Hᴏᴡ ᴅɪᴅ ᴛʜᴇʏ ɢᴇᴛ ʜᴇʀᴇ?||
Though it sounds odd, Lucky and Charm started as merely a child's drawing, living in a land of cotton candy bushes and huge lollipop trees. Even Lucky and Charm themselves were covered in sugar, from their heads to their tails, just like everything else in their world. It may not be surprising to hear that they were created during breakfast. In fact, the kid who made them named the two after his favorite cereal, too.

It's not clear how, but the two little sugary creatures were somehow made real, coming to life right off the page they were drawn on. They had fallen asleep in their candy world and woken up in the real world without a clue as to what was going on or how they got there. They soon realized that not only was the world they were in different, but they were different as well! They were no longer covered in a fine layer of sugar, they were much fluffier than they used to be, and the star pattern on their fur was no longer just a pattern, it was now a shine. In coming to life, they had become kalons as well!

The real world was so much different to the one they were used to, and though they woke up confused and curious, it didn't take them any time at all to see this as a new adventure! Though they miss their sweet home, they're excited to learn how to live in this new strange world they've found themselves in.

Rᴇʟᴀᴛɪᴏɴsʜɪᴘ ᴛᴏ Cʜᴀʀᴍ||
Lucky and Charm were both created at the same time by a kid, made to be the best of friends on their candy filled world. Even in the real world, Charm continues to be Lucky's very best friend, and Lucky would even go so far as to call him family, though they aren't actually related at all.

They've been through everything together, from the adventures in their own world and also in the real one now. Lucky loves Charm like a brother, and would do anything in his ability to make sure Charm is always happy and always has someone to listen to him and look out for him. And Lucky knows Charm would do the same for him too.

Fʀɪᴇɴᴅs||
Reed Reefer ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
When Lucky and Charm first entered the world, they had no idea what to think. Dropped unexpectedly
into a totally new reality, their only real choice was to wander until they found someone or something,
and when they found other kalons, Reed was the one that caught their eye. He looked quite a bit like
they, after all, so of course he had to be willing to help, right?

At first he wasn't willing in the slightest. As the two brightly-colored and crazy-sounding kalons peppered
him with questions about his appearance and yammered on about candy, he was at first a little freaked
out by their lack of social skills. After a few minutes of observation, however, he realized just how much
help they needed--and weren't going to get from other kalons. Begrudgingly, he offered to guide them
around their new world, and they instantly stuck to him like feathers in glue, delighted to have made a
new friend so quickly.

The duo hardly ever leaves the poor kalon alone, in fact. Every few minutes it's Reed this, Reed that, Reed
why is that glowing, Reed who is that, etc., etc. Despite his impatience with some of their basic questions,
he answers them all, and Lucky and Charm absolutely adore him.

Tʀɪᴠɪᴀ||
☆ ┈ Lucky and Charm both share an immunity to sugar, which actually ends up making up most of Lucky's meals
☆ ┈ One of their adventures in their candy world involved a rock candy cave they explored! They were attacked by gumdrop bats but Charm outsmarted them by using his flashlight to make a giant scary shadow on the cave walls to scare them away
☆ ┈ Lucky thinks the Lucky Charms song that names all the marshmallow shapes is really catchy and fun and will sing it loudly every time he pours himself a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal
☆ ┈ Lucky actually loves to cuddle a lot, and will curl up with his favorite stuffed animal when he goes to sleep at night
☆ ┈ His favorite stuffed animal is a blue crescent moon that he hugs as he sleeps
☆ ┈ His favorite candy is lemon drops, he LOVES them and has been known to keep a secret stash of them around

ᴀɴ ᴀᴅᴠᴇɴᴛuʀᴇ||
Safe in their gingerbread house, Lucky curled up next to the warm fireplace. The two little gummy creatures had spent their day outside playing in the newly fallen powdered sugar snow, making snowmen and sugar snow angels and of course breaking out into a snowball fight. But as all good things ended, the sun set and night fell, the two grew tired after running around all day playing, and they returned to their nice warm home to turn in for the day.

Charm wasn't too far behind Lucky, curling up beside him with a yawn. The fire danced in the fireplace, keeping the two's house warmed and delightful, lulling them into a restful sleep.

It felt too soon as the two slowly stirred for the next day, but with the promise of snow and more fun, Charm was wide awake in moments, eagerly shaking Lucky as wake as well. It wasn't until Lucky was groaning awake that Charm noticed something was different. They weren't home.

There was grass beneath their paws, a different color than they were used to, and the trees that loomed above them were neither ice cream cones or lollipops. Instead of being frightened at the unexpected strangeness, the two looked more curious than anything, sniffing at the trees and plants in interest.

It was then Lucky gasped, "Charm! Charm you look different!"

Charm looked over to Lucky, now wide awake and paying attention, "Lucky so do you! You're all fluffy!"

"So are you!"

Excited but confused, the two ran around each other, trying to spot all the differences between now and how they looked before but before long the reason for running was forgotten as they started trying to actually catch each other in a game of tag, apparently easily distracted from the task at hand.

The two ran, chasing each other through the strange woods, hiding behind the leafy bushes and dodging between trunks of trees, cheerfully yelling out "Can't catch me!" It was hours before the two collapsed panting and laughing, any worry about the new world forgotten in the face of a well played game.

Charm was smiling as he looked over to his best friend, "I think we discovered a new adventure!"

Lucky laughed, "I think a new adventure discovered us!"
