About the Event wrote:Surprisingly enough, Goblin Gators love October and Halloween. As they like to play tricks and steal things, what's better than going up to unsuspecting doorsteps and stealing bowls of candy? Scaring little children in haunted houses, that's what! Though GG's can have a soft spot for candy, they love to share, barter and make deals with one another for their favorites. October is known as national Goblin Gator month for it's rumored during that one month alone people will have good luck in the company of one. Because of such hype and unusual positive feedback from the masses, GG's have become more social and accepting of common tourists and humans in general. This makes it your chance to find and befriend the more odd or grotesque gators.
You stumble upon an odd sight. A strange dressed Goblin Gator waves with one arm and juggles candies with his other... wait?! Does he have two sets of arms?!
"Hello! Welcome to my shop! Oh alright. So it's not really a shop as I'm offering this service for free." The gator pauses at your stare. "What? Have you never seen a Goblin Gator with two sets of arms before?? Oh. Maybe you haven't. Anyways."
He presents a large machine that looks oddly similar to a Easy Bake mixed with a Doctor Dreadful contraption. It shimmers in the dull candlelight set on his lone stand in the middle of nowhere. How did you end up here again?
Before you can protest he insists and offers his name. "Hey! Don't be shy! I'm Edwardo, by the way, but you can just call me Ed. See I really like candy but it's more fun for me to make new candy than eat it."
You give him a reluctant look, offering your sweets.
"For me?? You wish for me to combine your succulent gummies into a better gummy?Alright, but my OCD won't allow weird mixes and matches. Let me see what I can do for you."
With that he goes to work. Letting you know it could take up to a day for it to be done and to come back later.
To take advantage of Ed's Candy Factory, you must provide:
x1 Gummy Tail of any color
x1 Gummy Head of any color
x2 Gummy Arms of any color
x2 Gummy Legs of any colorIt can take up to a day for me to check and update depending, so please be patient.

Candy games are an extra way to get free candy in less time! To enter for these you'll need to keep a track here and on the fanclub, our artists will post joinme's with limited spaces for other staff and users to participate. It's pretty simple so lets check out how to play.
FOR PLAYERS
1. Enter the joinme being hosted by a GG staff member. (If it's not one of us, it's not a real game and the candy you win won't count! That would be a bummer!)
2. Change your name from viewer # to that # then your chickensmoothie username, exactly. Otherwise we won't be able to award you your prizes if you win some! We'll know if multiple people start naming themselves viewer 1. If you use joinme and come in with a custom name, look for the highest number and change it to the one after that. (Ex: viewer 3 joins becomes 3 winkatuck. Ex: the highest number person is 22 Dave Egbert. Even if you had a lower number previously that isn't taken you MUST change it to 23 "your cs username")
3. The turn order is always the order people show up on the joinme for the presenter. So the earlier you get in, the sooner your turns will be.
4. People who go idle (aren't viewing the tab) especially when games are full--will be kicked. Not because we're cruel but other people wish to play the game too.
5. When new people enter mid-games their turn order will be at the end of the current turn order.
6. If you leave and come back, your posting order will change, please keep that in mind.
7. Please do not take multiple slots on multiple devices. If you have to switch, remember that you will lose your turn in the order and possibly your spot if it's full. If you can't pick one device or do not tell us which you plan to leave with we will have to kick both.
FOR HOSTS
1. Download and save the candy game PSD to your computer.
2. Pick one of the three sets of items to use for the game, hide or remove the others just don't save it afterwards!
3. Don't forget to remove the cover and place the items somewhere else. (They're all grouped on one side for convenience.)
4. Make sure you have your eraser selected in your art program and place the eraseable cover over the tiles.
5. Post a thread up on either the GG fanclub, this halloween event thread or both!
6. Keep a notepad or word document with all the people who win prizes and what they win on the side.
7. When the game is over remember to edit your post and put underneath the users and items they won in it. Close the joinme.
8. If you don't have time to finish a game, stop when you cycle back to your own name (end of that round) and let everyone know you need to go. Record the prizes that were won and if possible try to still edit your post after closing the joinme.
Alright, so you found some gummies but you don't know what to do with them or how to keep track of them. Post a form on this thread filled out below, even if you've already provided proof you got an item. We just like to double check and make sure. Once staff have posted saying everything is up to date, check here and make sure we've got it right!

Where do I get the different gummy pieces?
From checking any staff member's posts. We won't update when we add more and we'll try to keep track and remove those as they are found.
What do I do when I've found a gummy?
You'll want to quote and link the original post here on this thread. Make sure to double check and search here to see if someone else has already found it.
What can I do with gummies once I find them?
You can mix them together if you have enough for Ed, trade them with other users in the fanclub or over PM and use them for the event GGs that will be posted. Aka some artists might only take yellow ones or only mini's,etc. You can only enter them by using these gummies.
How much is each gummy worth? Are some worth more than others?
Yep, each normal piece (that is a different part) counts for 1pt.
Combined solid color mini's count for 10pts.
And the rainbow mini counts for 25pts.
Though some things might require only one type of gummy. Be it certain parts, mini's only or only rainbow minis. It's really up to the artist and their design. ;3
I want more gummies! How can I do this?
Outside of doing the hunt, which can be unreliable if you don't catch a refresh (when we put new sets out) you can participate in weekend joinme games to score extra goodies! These will have limited spots and will run until all the spots on the scratchcard for that game is scratched off or all the items found. For more information on Candy Games, see above under the Candy Games section.
Can I trade my gummies for other currency or trade other people for gummies with other currency?
I'd prefer you did not. It wouldn't make the search as fun if people with lots of funds in places just bought up everything. Offering art for gummies or vice versa is fine though. uwu
Can I at least gift my candy to another user?
Yep. Be sure to PM a staff member what and to whom.
Is there a place I can keep track of all my event stuff?
I'm starting a bank here. The form is listed above under the Bank section, you can copy/paste on this thread or pm a staff member to add your items.
Can staff participate in the event?
They sure can! o3o
Staff can hunt in each other's posts and play in each others candy games if they like. They also get the perk to keep the candy they make off adopts here. They can make entries for the costume contest but they can't place or count towards it.

Nope. But you can get solid colored mini's from Candy Games!

None of the staff really know, but we have a hunch it might have something to do with this.
What happens when the event ends and I still have gummies left?
They'll stay in the event bank and go towards the next year event or can be converted to Tokens when the Token Shop opens. ;3
