All right! The time has come. There were a lot of interesting concepts to read and those who had completed their forms showed strong characterization in their stories. This one was fairly difficult to find a winner, so there will be a runner up and honorable mention.
First off,
Nishinoya Yū.The coding in your form was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the parkour story.
i can't do it myself, but I love watching the videos of it. I would like to award you with a
honorable mention
you can exchange this with SoulSplosion for a stud to be used in the stud shop.
Secondly,
SilverSamurai. Your story was very well put togeather and the characterization was beautiful. There was a small part in it that felt incomplete, but it still provided to the story just the same. It did feel a little rushed, however, but what I discovered about the characters story really captured my attention. I don't think I have seen an idea like that of which you used yet

I would love to award you with a
Runner Up! Pm me with one color. I will use monochromatic on it, and it will maintain the lightning theme, since the reason for this Viscet was the constant amount of lightning and rain here.
Finally,
EverdaleDreamers. Your fourm was very interesting to read and was a concept I had never heard of before. There were a few confusing moments, however, and as the fourm progressed the stories began feeling a little rushed. Still, I enjoyed your form and would like to announce you as the
winner. Congratulations and take good care of Hei Lei/Luka Zess.
Thank you to all who have completed their forms

this was a fun competition to judge and I hope you all enjoyed it as well.
