Hazard Cats are long legged felines with quite a few robotic qualities.
Their tails are about the length of their body, split into two pieces,
and connected by some form of energy. The glass screens on their
chest are most commonly known to show a heartbeat, but many other
glowing images can appear there. These images mirror the cat’s
health in one way or another. Some cats have static on their screens,
but beware, those cats are as dangerous as they are rare! The picture
on the screen will always match the color of the cat’s eyes, which
typically have hollowed pupils. Hazards have three eyes, but the center
one is almost always covered with a band-aid or something similar.
This is because of the often dangerous powers that are channeled
through the third eye. Grates on the cats’ sides aid in breathing and
can also emit a steam, sound and mist, as well as a strange goo.
Their large ears allow them to hear potential prey miles away and make
them skilled trackers, but they are easily overwhelmed by too much
noise. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to
fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.

A huge spike in disasters had all nearby creatures in a panic. Spontaneous fires, quaking earth, savage animals, horrible storms, and multiple other problems reined. There was not a day with peace, yet surrounding areas seemed unaffected by this misfortune. Witnesses and survivors reported the sound of a kitten crying for its mother on the scene of each catastrophe. However, investigations for such a creature proved fruitless.

The only edits this lil guy has would be the poofy tail tip, weird grate, and a hair edit. The fire in their 3rd eye moves. They're a very, very young spark teacup. Since it isn't showing, they can have whichever preexisting screen you like. Form's basically gonna be an impress me, but I'm lookin' for character development! What's going on with this strange cat?

[Spanish name for Devil. I also chose this name since I recently watched Suicide squad and El Diablo just inspired me and really stuck in my mind as my favorite character from that movie with the tricks of fire and his humble attitude.]

A bit of history
Diablo doesn't exactly know how he got his name. He could barely even remember his mother but he knew that Diablo wasn't the name she gave him. All he remembered was walking around and hearing whispers that repeated, "That's Diablo, the devil who started the fire." He always gets nervous at the deadly looks they gave him, almost as he was vermin that needed to be eradicated. One day he was just minding his own business when a group of people attacked him, cursing him for his looks but a large Hazard with splotchy markings and bandages jumped to his rescue. Diablo was so confused; why in God's name would this person come to his rescue. After a while, the cat introduced himself as Scrap, another cat who got a name based on the way he lived. Scrap explained that his mother left him in a dump with a lot of scrapped cars and parts and he explained that he had got caught up in some sharp objects such as barbed wire and scrap metal jutting out of the ground. Ever since then, they've traveled together, looking for a place where they'd be accepted for what they want to be and not what others wanted them to be.

• When walking around crowded areas, he prefers to open his eyes, scan the surroundings, and walk with his eyes closed to not scare anyone
• He really likes rubies because of their fiery look

If possible, I'd like it if Diablo had a screen like his third eye (The moving fire and all)
