and begin to look at the shelves full of
different scented candles and bottles
of concoctions. you pick up a candle and
smell it, closing your eyes in pleasure.
"Um, hello?" Akeo giggles. You turn in suprise.
"What can I get you?" he gives a big smile and
pulls out a few samples.

He also cannot die of old age. He is frozen at 18.


Though 183 years of age, as a human, Alex has the appearance of an 18 year old boy. He is quit handsome, but, I n an effort to attract less attention, he hides his face behind a long, shaggy hair cut that hangs just below his eyes, and wears an outfit that, while flattering, does not draw eyes. His height is average, so he's glad he doesn't stick out of a crowd. His jacket, tshirt and jeans were chosen because of comfort, and his shoes were simply chosen because of practicality, he was born in Colorado, and his mortal, *cough*Dead*cough*, parents took him hiking almost every summer when he was younger, and he had grown to love them. and every friend since.
She feel pain, not because they've passed on, but because
she can't have them anymore to help her through her life.
So, to get used to having no one, she talks to others on a
business level, and never becomes involved in a relationship,
romantic or not. She can listen to those she cares about
very well, and lend an ear, but that selection of people contains
no one. She can give very good advice, because she
weighs all options, and doesn't let her emotions get in the way,
coming up with the best solution. Her lack of compassion
for others, or her practiced block against compassion, allows her
to kill ruthlessly when needed, and makes her formidable,
as she leaves no enemy alive.

Sorry about Briar, her history is a sensitive subject! As a child, Briar lived with her parents,
Tanya and Brayden Ash, until she was 14. As her parents kept up their search for the other
hubs, they schooled her, and searched for her power, as her eyes indicated she had one.
Though they never did tell her what they did to be dropped off in the middle of nowhere,
on her 14th birthday they made it to a hub, but the night after they were pardoned, they
were killed out of revenge. Briar was left alive because she was a child and the murder
sympathized with her because 'you can't choose who parents you'. Soon after, she
found her home at Koulu Halveksittu, having traveled there with a group of three other
kids her age, but she killed one girl when she tried to stab her best friend in the back,
and her two friends thought she was the murderer, so she ran away and made it to the
school by herself. The others never did make it. She's been at the school for nine
years, and the teachers aren't sure whether she's prophecy worthy.
Honestly, Briar doesn't care either way.
