Personality:
Simon is a goofball, he may seem way to young to be a dad but he is much older than he seems.
He loves his kids more than anything, he tries to do anything he can with them or for them
if he needs to be serious he will be- at work most people know him as just a jokester-
but thats only because at work he tries to stay a little more serious than usual, but he will often throw out some puns or jokes because he can't help himself, but his close family and friends know the real Simon.
Hobbies:
Simon likes to hang out with his family whenever he can
working ( most people don't but he finds it quite enjoyable )

Occupation:
Simon is an elevator inspector- he does just what his job sounds like fixes and checks elevators!
Many people ride in them all the time to get to work, but most people probably don’t give any mind to the safety of elevators until they get stuck in one.
Let’s face it, if you work in a gargantuan skyscraper it might be good exercise to hike to the 100th floor every day, but for the sake of your time and sanity the elevator is quicker. That’s why elevator inspectors make sure all elevators meet safety and compliance codes for passengers and freight. They also inspect escalators, moving sidewalks, and wheelchair lift systems. After investigating complaints, they also can choose to recommend fixes to repairmen.
A college degree is not a requirement, but this job may require specific certifications and licensure depending on the state. All in all it’s a well-paying – albeit up and down – career.
Simon goes to work late at night to lots of local businesses with elevators, he works on them with a few of the other people that work with him to make sure the elevators are clean and tighty and have no kinks, he will often stay up all night working on these! Then in the day he stays home until he gets an emergency call.

Simon first joined the company way back in 1982
it happened to be his second job- after being a paper boy for a while he decided to do something else
after he quit his first job he knew it was time to get anotherjob- he needed some money for his future family, and to live a good successful life
The fam-
Simon loves his family and friends- even if you aren't actually blood related but you are a close friend he will consider you family
Mate:
Simon fell in love with Esther right when he saw her.
He knew he wanted to be with her forever, so about twenty years ago he asked her out on a date and about a year later they got married.
A few years later they had their first son Koiki and then a few years after that they had Satsuki.
Simon and Esther go on adventures all the time now- most being on Simon's cruise ship, but they will go anywhere, that time includes the weekends, his work brakes, and sometimes in the middle of the day. Simon tries to take care of Esther like she is one of his kids too and he loves her to death.
First child:
Simon loves his son Koiki dearly.

when Koiki was a baby Simon was so happy- having a kid was the best thing that could ever happen to him and wanted to do everything for him
Simon tried his hardest to entertain his son and make him giggle.
Second child:
a few years after Koiki was born Satsuki was born!
Satsuki is the baby of the family, Simon loves her and talks to her like she still is a baby
he will often cradle her, baby talk her, and feed her like a baby-
it's really awkward actually, but he never notices how weird he is being.
Best friend:
Sensuikan is like the best little brother to Simon
Simon was practically adopted into the family by his friend.
Simon never liked to hang out with his family so he was usually with Sensu
Simon sometimes believed that he really was related to Sensu and his family was just some friends that he really didn't like.
Old Pop's story-
how he's changed over the years
Childhood:
Simon was born into a rude family he hated them.
So he decided to go find a friend at the park one day and he would get to know them!
The one special Plumie he met was Sensuikan! Simon loved his new friend and wanted to do everything with him!
so - that's what they did! They hung out all the time.
Soon when Simon was about 4 he started going to preschool.
It was kind of weird to him because Sensu wasn't there, and he missed him all day.
But later right after school each day he would run over to Sensu's house without even asking anyone if he could or not.
But no one cared- that's just what they did every other day of there life.
Soon in around 3rd grade Simon didn't even want to stay with his family, they started getting harmful towards him and others and he didn't like it, so he went to live in a tiny beached cruise that had been at the dock by his house for years now. For four days a week for three years Simon would slowly fix the boat's broken parts and studied hard in the library near his ' cruise house ' on how boats were made and every single part he needed to finish fixing this old cruise. Inside he'd often find cool nick-nacks in the cruise like an old rusty telescope, some jewelry, and some small creatures living inside. Simon would usually put all those things in a small box with his clothes and other stuff he had back at home with his family.
Later when Simon was about 12 he was extremely close to finishing his cruise ship, sometimes Sensu would even come help him fix it up with old metal or wood parts he found in the alley next close by Simons cruise ship. Sometimes the two would go around town and collect thing for Simons house, after all, everyone needs a little bit of fun and decorations in their house? In a few weeks Simon's house was done, decorations, fixed up, painted, everything! Now all they needed to do was test in on water.
Teenage years:
As soon as Simon and Sensu were in junior high they knew it was time to test this cruise.
They got some friends to come watch to show everyone how cool it was or in case they needed help
so once everyone was there, they moved everything out of the ship and were ready to push it into the water.
As soon as it got into the water-
It floated! It was working, the engine and everything! Simon and Sensu drove it around the huge lake for hours as plumies slowly started coming and going, until eventually everyone was gone. Then they slowly drove it over to the sand and parked it, by then the moon was almost up so it was time for Sensu to go home. Almost everyday now Simon had been driving that cruise ship, by himself or with friends.
By now Simon has forgotten about his family, and his family has forgotten about him but no one really cares. Simon Recently got a girlfriend, he is very awkward and not very good at handling it, he doesn't know if this relationship will last- or die. He really doesn't mind since he's only in eight grade now and nothing is to serious between them.
Now Simon is in 9th grade, him and his girlfriend broke up, it didn't last very long anyways, why even bother to try and contact her? Simon now knows what the responsibility of having a girlfriend is now. In fact he got a new one! He met her In homeroom on the first day of school. They started talking and decided to keep in touch, Simon knew he liked her more than just a friend though, he liked Esther more than she liked him though and he knew it.
A few weeks later- Esther and Simon have started going out, really Esther decided that she did like him so that's what they did, they have stayed together for quite a while and don't think anythings getting between them anytime soon <3
Now Simon is in high school, him and Esther are still dating and in a good relationship, him and Sensu are still friends, and Simon is still living in his tiny cruise ship!
Middle aged man ( or just recently/current ):
When Simon was about 27 and just out of college he was married/mated to Esther.
Esther was a bit confused at why Simon was living in a cruise ship though, she knew about his family and all- but why a cruise ship?
Anyways, they decided to move into an apartment a block or two away from the cruise ship, he still claimed the ship as his home and payed for it when needed, and even took Esther on a couple rides a month, but he didn't live in it.
Soon it was time for Simon to get a job, he needed something cheap since he hadn't had an earlier job for money.
So he took the job for a paperboy. He might've been a little bit old but no one cared.
He was a paperboy for about 3 years and he liked his job enough to stay- but as soon as Esther had their first kid he knew he needed to do something else.
So he signed up to work to be an elevator inspector, it was goof for him because he lived in the city where there were lots of big buildings with elevators.
He waited and waited to hear back from the company, and- luckily, he was hired!
He was sure he would be payed a lot since this job wasn't very easy and elevators weren't easy to build in the first place, and he did get payed!
With all their money they moved to a bigger house a few blocks away they could have more room.
Soon they had another kid, this time a girl!
Simon was really happy with house his life was going and like watching his kids grow up, and growing old with his mate.
He has been very successful.
