why screm: Marty has never had an easy time dealing with anything overwhelming. As a child him and his mother had been known to scream and sing when they felt overwhelmed or frustrated. And well, Marty guesses that stuck through the years. He'd go to an open area, and sing, or scream. Either one helps him out a great deal and it reminds him of his late mother.

Marty can't stand to see an unhappy face, and screaming and howling in to the void seems to entertain a lot more people than he had originally estimated. But if it makes his friends and family smile, it makes him smile. As screaming was a skill he learned as a child, he's been doing it habitually at every turn and he's a rather loud person.
