After an extremely long deliberation, I have reached a conclusion as to who the winners of these two cubs should be.
I would like to start off by saying both sets of forms were spectacular. There were many things I loved about both, making my choice only the more difficult. However, it was the story that kept me coming back to our winners. I had to pull in a guest judge, whom I have to deeply thank. Your help was tremendous.

The story the two of you had woven for these cubs just could not keep me away.

That is not all, though! I would like to personally offer dragoncool97 and Pety a pair of twin RUs based off of a North American forest animal of their choice! Your form was spectacular as well, and I feel it does not need to go 'unrewarded'. Once the two of you decide on an animal, please do PM me with your choice!

I had a lot of fun reading these forms you guys. You made the decision unbelievably difficult. Well done!!
