When it rains out, he takes the time off from his outdoor work to focus upon his hobby of woodcarving. Usually, throughout the week as of late, he has less time for it than he likes, but rain all too often gives him an excuse to stay home, especially strong storms. Then he can sit by the window, listening to the peaceful rain hitting the grass outside, and set to work on his latest woodwork art. He's not quite a professing yet, but he hopes one day to make magnificent sculptures and carvings, and to have more time off to pursue this dream of his.

Kalon's favorite thing to do on a rainy day: Keekee sits on her porch, maybe with a can of soda, play classical music, and read a book. She'll normally drink a Sprite or Gingerale, but if she is out of those, maybe she'll drink a Coke. However, the book and the music always remains the same. She will always read The Sight by David Clement-Davis, and she'll always have Mozart's Piano Fantasy in C Minor playing. Her music is never loud enough to drown out the thunder and the rain. Occasionally, she will bring her dog out onto the porch with her, but that doesn't happen too often as Ace, her German Shepherd, is afraid of thunder. When he does come out, he will snuggle as close as he can to Keekee and rest his head on her feet.

Kalon's favorite thing to do on a rainy day: Mizu has two favorite things. Well, one he used to do more often as a kid, the other he does more often as an adult. Mizu as a child loved to splash in the puddles around his home with his friends if it wasn't too bad, or his mother didn't catch him that is. Now, he loves to curl up with a good book by the window and read listening to the rain, or watch it. Something about that makes him so calm. Benny's favorite thing to do on a rainy day is to go out in his raincoat and boots, bring his silver bucket and collect worms. Worms can mostly be found during a downpour, so this is the perfect time to find them. He enjoys watching them wriggle around, and he likes to doodle the silly little noodle-like creatures. He likes to " race " them too, letting them wiggle on the ground and whichever worm makes it to the " finish line " first wins. He releases them once he's done, but it's great entertainment while it lasts.
