Welcome to the mystical land of cows! Stay a while, take off your shoes and feel the soft grass beneath your toes. Cuddle up with a couple bovine and make yourself at home.. If you're lucky, one just might come home with you! Buttermilk Cows are tradable for other Buttermilk Cows, sellable, and also are giftable! There is no limit to how many you can own so feel free to fill your heart entirely of adorable Cattle and nothing else!

Little stormy moo! My last design as a GA ;; this was an amazing experience that went by way too quickly. I feel like my designing techniques and quality improved a ton! I had a lot of fun designing for this wonderful cowmunity ; ) thanks for giving me this opportunity!

Personality:

Skylar is a good moo with a good personality. She is laid back and very kind. She is friends with almost friends with every moo she meets. She is a peacekeeper and will avoid fighting at ALL costs. She feels uneasy at times, mostly around the girly-girl moos.


Story:

Skylar was born into a family where she was the middle moo. She had three older siblings, two sisters and a brother, and three younger siblings, two brothers and a sister. She loved being the middle moo. She didn't have that many responsibilities and the three older siblings fought with the three younger siblings. Well, things started to change when the older ones started to move away, soon she had become the oldest still living in the barn. Her younger siblings drove her nuts. She had to do everything, clean the barn, bath her siblings, help her mom with dinner, and etc. She became so exhausted through the day that she didn't have any time to anything she wanted. She could bearly finish her moowork for Cow High School!

When she finally graduate from Cow High School, she immediately MOOved away to a rent barn. She loved it there. No one to tell her what to do, or when to do it. She started working for a lawn mowing company, it bored her to death, but it money. She started to learn to live. She got a better job, went through her first break-up, and went to every family reunion. Though her family drove her nuts, she got bored in her rent barn and it was nice to see people that loved you!


Why did I name her Skylar?

I named her Skylar because I really like the name and thought it fit her well. Also because I'm a child at heart, or can't find anything on TV/Netflix, and I watched (I run out of episodes) Mighty Med. In Mighty Med, there is a character who is named Skylar Storm and I thought it fit perfectly.

Silver lining was born a small ranch that didn't host many cattle,she was farly small compared to her mother but managed to get along with the other animals.After three years on living on the farm,more and more animals seemed to have gone missing.One by one,day after day.Her own ma too was gone.In a panic silver fled from the farm but could not escape fast enough.She was driven back to the farm,being led on by a rope to the end of the barn.The smell of animal thick in the air gave in that trouble was around.With a kick to the face she got away from the farmer,fleeing into the thick forest,stumbling onto another herd of cows,not to be threaten to be slaughtered ever again.

Tempest's personality could honestly be compared to the weather. She is subject to mood swings and when she was younger, her mom always compared her to the weather, so she uses that now. Typically she is "cloudy" - she feels kind of depressed for no good reason but she is able to be cheered up or brought down. When she isn't cloudy, she's typically "sunny" or "stormy". While she doesn't normally explain the weather-metaphor to others, she uses it for herself because she finds that it helps her "leave" that emotion - she just imagines the clouds being blown away or the rain stopping.
Tempest believes strongly in superstitions. She will run if a black cat crosses her path and she would never dream of walking under a ladder. She is very insulted by buttermilks who mock her for her beliefs.

Tempest doesn't have much of a relationship with Basil. The other cow is rather nervous so Tempest's mood swings have made her wary. They don't interact much outside of necessary interactions. Tempest respects her for founding the herd, and Basil respects her for finding a way to cope with her mood swings without blaming others or half-hearted apologizing.

Tempest, again, doesn't have much of a relationship with Pandora either. Pandora is even more nervous than Basil. The difference is Tempest doesn't really have anything to respect about her and Pandora doesn't understand her coping methods and therefore finds them weird. When they talk, it's very awkward.

Iratze is the herd leader and Tempest respects her greatly for that. Iratze understands Tempest's mood swings and offers help when she can. These two cows spend a lot of time together and are good friends. They frequently graze together and offer advice for each other's problems and comfort each other when they are stressed or upset.

Most of the time, Tempest cannot stand Autumn. She finds her lazy and pretty much worthless to the herd. However, when she is in a particularly bad mood she'll spend time lazing around and feeling useless and she tolerates the older cow much more. Sometimes she'll spend time lying around with her, feeling bad for herself.

As Iratze's only son, Reese has taken a liking to Tempest. He is quite a bit younger than her, but in their friendship Reese definitely acts like he's older. They typically do whatever he wants. This is mostly because of his dominant personality and her typically meek one. He completely understands her method of assigning different types of weather to her moods and has begun to adapt it to meet his own mood changes. While they aren't as extreme as her's, he is sometimes subjected to mood swings. He likes to use temperatures instead of weather types.

Relationships Outside the Herd:
Jamira was Tempest's emotional punching bag for a while. Her forgiving and sweet personality made it so that she didn't confront her about how she was treating her, and it wasn't until Iratze mentioned an abusive relationship that she realized that she was treating Jamira poorly. She immediately apologized and now they are much closer friends. Tempest is often startled by the fact that she didn't even realize her behavior.

Jamira's friend, Lulu, is an acquaintance to Tempest. She likes her honesty because she knows she'll never end up treating her like she did Jamira and she likes to have somebody who will guard her back. They may become closer friends someday, but for now she wouldn't quite call her a friend.
