Bluefeather smiled at him and nodded and thanked him. Flameskriker told him he could meet new cats and how a clan helps take care one of another.

Fang agreed and joined Flamestriekr in meeting the cats. A few days later, he decided he would stay, as long as he could keep his name.

They both go over to check how fresh the fox scent is.

Flowerstar and Tawnyscar walk along the border and they smell a scent of a rabbit and an old Badger scent. What do they investigate?

Bluefeather and Flamestriker can tell the Fox scent is fairly fresh, about three days old. Do they investigate, or go back to where they scented the rogue?

Tawnyscar wanted to hunt, but Flowerstar knew that if a badger was in the territory, it wouldn't be good news. The cats decide to follow the badger's scent trail.

They go back and follow the Rogue scent.

As the two followed the scent they came up to a den with the strong scent of badger, the scent was fresh. Then they catch a familiar scent. Do they go back or follow the familiar scent?

Now knowing where the barber's den was, Flowerstar decides she will send a patrol to check it out later, rather thank risking one of her best warriors. Tawnyscar mentions she smelled something familiar, and Flowerstar let her take the lead.

Bluefeather and Flamestriker track the rogue, but stop, confused. The scent trail stopped, but the rogue's scent seemed to be... floating through the air? Maybe the cat was in a tree? What do they do, look in the trees or return?

As Tawnyscar took the lead they followed the scent trail to a cave that smelt of a dog but the dog scent was old. Do they go in and see if anyones in it or leave?
