Actually, a few. Having a little kid mess up the clothes on purpose so that she had to fold over 50 of them. One of her coworkers would try to get her removed from her job on purpose. Her making her work over time for free late at night.

i heard the phone ring, and i picked it up. "hello! how may i help you?" "yes well i seem to have trouble finding the book i want?" "oh, would you like me to page someone to come help you?" she said yes. i said i would keep her on hold in case no one came. i paged multiple people. everytime i asked if someone had come she said no. i got fed up and asked the manager to go check the book easel. he checked but said that no one was there. i check back with her. "the manager said that they couldn't find you. where are you at the moment?" she replied with, "in california at the beach.." first off, it was 9:47 p.m. in california at the moment, who's at the beach at that time? second, why call a florida walmart if you're in california?! i facepalmed. i went home and contemplated life.

"M'am theres no such thing as vampires."
Her eyes widen as she stared at the little old lady in front of her.
"Nonsense! I stepped on one and blood came out! Give me some vampire killing spray", the woman declares-offended at the poor cashier's skepticism.
"I'm sorry m'am we...don't have vampire killing spray." Naima protests with an exhausted sigh. She had that nagging feeling she'd be there a while.
"And why not! I was in my apartment and there are these little black vampires crawling everywhere!" the woman proclaims furiously. How dare she not understand how important that was! She had to stop the infestation.
Naima shifts a little on her arms, where she's leaning her face against one hand cautiously. "Do you mean...bugs?" She finally questions,raising an eyebrow inquisitively.
The woman nods "To you COMMON folk- But I know they're vampires!" she protests to her angrily. "Where is your manager!" she interrogates the baffled shopkeeper.
Naima just shakes her head in dismay. Great. Great day. She motions to the nearby manager and grumbles to herself. This was just how she wanted to start her week. Getting yelled at for upsetting a confused old lady. "Vampires." she murmurs under her breath as she watches the woman shuffle off, quite proud of herself and happy to get the poor younger lady in trouble.

The old lady came in every week ,each time with some new fantastical story-one week vampires,then aliens. Why such a bad experience? Well Naima made the mistake of revealing her skepticism that day, and in the process making an annoying enemy who would come into the shop every few weeks to get the poor cashier in trouble with her managers.

Kréma sat on at the workroom table with the rest of his co-workers laughing up a storm. What could be the cause of this merry occasion? Well today happened to the anniversary of Kréma's worst day ever. His first day working at the local grocery store known as Kal-Mart, A wal-mart for Kalons.
Kréma sat back in his chair trying to get that horrible reminder of THAT day out of his head. That day in question earned him a nickname he'll never forget, due to his co-workers not letting him. The more his friends giggled on about the events of they day Kréma suddenly got a vivd flashback of what happened. As the story began he began to shutter.

The date was July 24,2013. Kréma waltzed into the retail store with a giant smile upon his face.It was his first day of being a hired Kalon. He strutted through the isles heading towards the back to greet his boss to find out what his first task as a newly hired would be. Upon approaching the office door, Kréma failed to noticed the spilled vegetable oil on the floor. When he came into contact, he slid across the floor crashing into the door the was being opened by his boss. They collided and both fell back. Kréma rose quickly trying to help his boss. "AH! So sorry sir, I didn't see the oil on the ground sir, so so so so sorry!" His boss rose with a chuckle and pat his back assuring him that it was all right. For the rest of the morning he felt quite guilty while watching the floors to make sure he didn't slip again. 'Golly what a goof ball I've been! Pull your self together Kréma! Aujourd'hui va être grande (French for Today is going to be great).

The rest of the day went quite smoothly for Kréma. The boxes of cereal were sorted according to brand, box size, and color, All the isles were clear and veggie oil free. The accident with the boss was long forgotten and he planned to keep it that way. He only had 2 hours left of work. What could possibly go wrong he thought? His last task of the day was to stack up the cans of Ravioli in a castle like structure. He started from the bottom and slowly worked his way to top. The structure was almost complete. Just one more can. Kréma reached up high towards the very top of the castle. The last can was in his paw and he was about ready to set it down. Unknown to him, a mother and her younger sons walked past the structure. The sons were playing around and accidentally kicked one of the cans on the base of the castle. Kréma watched as the castle started to tilt to the left, then to the right, then to the left again. The Kalon's eyes widened as he tried to escape the toppling tower of Chef Boyardee's legacy; unfortunately, his attempt to escape was in vain. He was crushed by the entire tower.

It was now closing time. Kréma freed his head from the large stack of cans in order to breathe. When he opened his eyes he glanced upon the feet of his employer. He immediately began to cry. "Oh boss I'm so sorry!! Feel free to fire me, I'm a terrible employee and I can't do anything right and..and-" His boss just shook his head and began to laugh. Kréma closed his eyes as tears fell from his cheeks. "This is the worst first day ever..."

Worst retail expierence: Dahlia works- or should I say worked- at Kalmart, a large chain retail store, selling things from A to Z. Being a large store, it was pretty popular on Black Friday, and all the retail workers were getting prepped for the onslaught. Dahlia, however, only having been employed for 2 months beforehand, wasn't exactly prepared. Everyone I work with is old and grumpy, she thought the night before, I'm sure they're just over-exaggerating this whole "crazy customers on Black Friday" thing.

The next morning morning, as the doors opened at 12 am, though, Dahlia knew she messed up. She was tragically stationed at the -gasp- Customer Service Counter. And as if by magic, there already was a line of angry and irritated kalons 5 minutes after opening. Mentally pounding her head on the desk, Dahlia listened and tried to help upset customers, but after many hours without a break, she had had it ("I'm sorry ma'am, but we don't have anymore iPaws. No, there are none left in storage, everything was first come first serve." "Sir, are you seriously here to return a blender on Black Friday?!"). And so she came to her breaking point.

After listening to a 10 minute rant from a mother on how her "little Billy would never get his Christmas present thanks to the fact that Kalmart was already sold out of WiiU consoles", Dahlia snapped. Now, I'm not going exactly write down what she said, since this is a G rated site and all, but let me just say that it was a good thing little Billy wasn't around to hear it. The rest was history, and as Dahlia walked out of that Kalmart (for the last time), she knew two things were certain: (1) she'd never work retail again, and (2) she'd definitely never shop on a Black Friday!

I work for a large make-up company store in the mall, and this is my story of a day i can not forget and really makes me question why still work there...

It was a normal day, Saturday to be in fact. So of course it was packed in every store as the lucky people whom work a 9-5 job get to have the weekends off and shop their little hearts away. Unlike me, a 20-something woman whos barley making it by at 40 hours a week at this joint.
