Kalon's name: Leaella ((Idek if that's a name I just made it up cuz it sounds niceXD))
Book/Movie/Game title: Animal Crossing New Leaf
Book/Movie/Game genre: Slice of life ((I guess it could be that, I'm not sure, or a Life simulation? Idk))
Review: Ok so I chose a game I've Ben passionate about since I was little, but I'm going with the current new version because it by far has the best graphics in the series and can even be played in 3D! This game is great for the young and old as there's many things to do! For the younger people it serves as a great learning tool as it incorporates real life lessons on a smaller scale, such as interacting with neighbors, decorating you're house, living on you're own, and even paying a mortgage! But it does all of this in a fun way! It also has some of the most unique features I've seen in gaming, such as gyroids, Gyroids are quite strange and something I've never seen anything like but that's what makes collecting hem so cool! They all have unique designs and noises which they make! The characters are great and interesting as well! Resetti is a fun character, although some don't like him, he can scare children but you have an option of whether or not you will ever see him in game in New Leaf! Previously that option wasn't there and in overpopulation he didn't exist, instead if you turned off without saving ((resetti comes if you do that or "reset")) you would get a gyroid face after doing it a couple times, it was quite strange! This game has brought back older features from the game series and added new ones, it's also completely fine as a stand alone game as you need not play the other games in the series! Overall it's a fun game with a light atmosphere and can easily be enjoyed by anyone!

ᵘˢᵉʳ - ˢᵉᶤʲᵘᵘ : ᶰᵃᵐᵉ - ᵃᵇᶤˡᵉᶰᵉ
-: ᵗʰᵉ ᵐᶤʳᵃᶜᵘˡᵒᵘˢ ʲᵒᵘʳᶰᵉʸ ᵒᶠ ᵉᵈʷᵃʳᵈ ᵗᵘˡᵃᶰᵉ :-
-: ᶠᵃᵇᶤˡᶤˢᵐ :-

a lovely tale of loss and growth
i will attempt to keep this spoiler free, as i do feel
that everyone has a right to read this book at some point in their life
see - this "children's book" emerged at a horrifically vulnerable time
when the struggle of my youth overcame any logic and sense
and i had systematically closed myself from the world
books didn't transport me to some idealistic realm,
instead, i found novels to reflect my struggle
The Miraculous Journey did exactly that
a harrowing story of ego and duty
the characters embody their own lives, so distinct
over a decade since my first attempt at the novel, and i can feel,
just as vividly, the sensations and emotions of each person's introduction
the simplistic joy and naive innocence of abilene
the haunting and knowing look of her pellegrina
the sage but subtle wisdom the author preaches
tears of unknown origin have welled in my eye

a novel of lives, of miraculous coincidences
our protagonist is a lovely selfish china doll rabbit -
blessed with sentience yet no means to properly exercise it
and yet he is quite content, simply because he is handsome
and from this humble beginning, a story that gently spans a lifetime unfolds
each life he touches, from the briefest moments to months together,
he absorbs their sorrows, their struggles, and learns to be better
learns to adore the quaint home of an aging couple
learns to howl with a dog by a hobo's fire
learns to love and to value that
they are happy tears now
if you are in a time in your life,
in which you feel stuck, in which the struggles ahead of you
are a wall of which your dreams are relentlessly crashing against
please please read this. know that you have more strength in you
than the fragile china doll who survived the ravishing waves of the ocean
who was unearthed time and time again, who comforted a dying girl,
a broken family who sat on a shelf for seasons, waiting to be loved,
wanting to find some home. you have more strength, more will,
than a china doll who dreams of flying and you will survive this...
and if you are not in such a troubling times, if all is well,
you feel strong and secure, your goals not long ahead
read it anyway -it will remind you just how far you've come

Kalon's name: Tai agender (It doesn't matter who calls him what he proffers any pronouns I call him a male)
Book/Movie/Game title: Wolf Among Us
Book/Movie/Game genre: Horror game/RPG
Review: He likes how it's a scary game and all the characters are drawn from fables and fairy tales. Who you play as is Bigby and he's a werewolf detective. And you have to fight all these bad people and it's a really good game! (plus you have to fight Bloody Mary so you know it's a good game) And I, Wolf had played the game before and it's surprisingly extremely good and scary! So who would've thought that a game like that would be really awesome and it is and OH BOY some of the parts take it to the extreme with the drama sometimes!

Kalon's name: TBD!
Book/Movie/Game title: The false Prince
Book/Movie/Game genre: fantasy
Review:
If you like Castle, Prince and kingdom stuff this book is for you. A young orphan named Sage was adopted by someone who works for the kingdom. He and 2 other boys are trained to be "Prince" after the last young prince, Prince Jaron supposedly dies in a pirate. Thus making Sage and the other 2 boys, under their Man who adopted them, train's them into being Prince Jaron. Sage is stubborn, and wreckles, not giving him anyone control of him. Though, a young servant girl named Imogrn helps him, and he has a little crush on her.
After his 2 weeks are up, he is the worst pick out of the 3, whoever doesn't make it, has to face the consequences

Kalon's name:
Jupiter
Book/Movie/Game title:
Jupiter Ascending
Book/Movie/Game genre:
sci-fi/fantasy/romance maybe???
Review:
Jupiter Ascending is the best worst movie you will ever see. If you sit down to watch it and you're expecting a masterpiece you're going to hate it; but if you sit down and let yourself laugh at how corny it is and just enjoy the sheer spectacle of the film you're going to adore it. The plotline is really way too complicated for the length of the movie (to fully explain the plot it needed like a six-episode miniseries) and the acting is really not that incredible but I don't care. I absolutely adore this trainwreck of a movie, and I have seen it half a dozen times now.
I think why I like it so much is because in the fantasy genre you just get a lot of "dude" movies. You get a lot of male protagonists who have been sent on some kind of quest by another male (their father, their king, their wizard mentor) and they run into some hot lady and for some reason she always agrees to help them. Jupiter Ascending is literally the opposite of that. It's a Cinderella story in space. It's the tale of Mila Kunis' character (yes, she really is named Jupiter in the movie) finding out that she's space royalty. The bees tell her so. (I'm not lying. They really do.) She meets Channing Tatum on her quest who is some sort of dog/human hybrid fella and of course she falls in love with him but they Cannot Be Together. She is royal and he is... a werewolf ???
Anyway of course love overcomes all obstacles including a homicidal brother/son who wants to steal all your planets. There are some incredible special effects and some of the alien designs are just mind-boggling; you only see this character for all of thirty seconds and yet their make-up and prosthetics are awesome. There's this one scene where Mila's arch-nemesis is standing in a pool on a space-ship overlooking some sort of nebula and the entire thing is ridiculous and yet somehow believable? It's like of course space royalty would buy the equivalent of an infinity pool for a rocketship. Who doesn't want to bathe and gaze down on your empire? It bears saying that Mila's arch-nemesis is played by Eddie Redmayne who is adorable and yet somehow scary in his role in this film. He has a habit of talking really softly in this husky voice and then suddenly screaming at people. That's all you need to do if you want to be a space prince and command an army of dragon people apparently.
My favorite part of this movie is Sean Bean who hilariously doesn't die. (If you're not familiar with that trope, Sean Bean dies in 90% of the films he's cast in, and his mortality rate is especially high when it comes to fantasy films.) The best part of Sean Bean's character in Jupiter Ascending? He used to know Channing Tatum back when they were in space military together, and Sean Bean is, like Channing, hybridized with another animal. Spoiler alert: it's bees. He's literally Sean BEEan. I couldn't make this up if I tried. Also bees always recognize royalty, which is how Channing Tatum puts two and two together and realizes who Mila Kunis is. Because you're secretly space royalty if you've never been stung by a bee.

Thank you everyone for your wonderful efforts.
I will award HMs to the following participants;
ˢᵉᶤʲᵘᵘ
iBrevity
XxEuphoriaxX
jensen ackles
All your reviews had that special something which stood out to me. Seijuu's wonderful coding and poetic phrasing sent chills down my spine. iBrevity's whole review had me doubled over in laughter. XxEuphoriaxX's bluntly honest review had me feeling their frustration (Gena Showalter certainly has slipped in terms of quality in the last few years) and jensen ackles' review was so professionally set out I thought I had accidentally opened a new tab to Kotaku (the nod to Bastion was also appreciated).
I award this Kalon to ZeyDaan.
Mainly because while all the other reviews did impress me, yours actually made me want to open up Steam, buy the game and give it a go (and I think I will).
Enjoy Jud'Rii!
Thank you once again to everyone for your efforts. This was a wonderful contest to judge!
Good luck to everyone for your future Adoptable contests ^^
