what do others expect of them?;
According to the woodland creatures, Rhodri is "The Monster" of the forest. This Monster is all black, has long horns, huge fangs, and rainbows feet. It is only seen at night, and usually in or near its cave. It has excellent hearing, but poor vision, so it will usually sense you approaching, but may not actually spot you or pursue. Although, it is extremely fast, so if it does decide to chase you, you're practically a goner. Sometimes, it tries to lure you closer by tossing out a food or object, and when you approach, it pounces! Supposedly, the Monster eats little children that it captures and collects their bones in his cave.
do they live up to those expectations?;
In a way, Yes, but also a very big No. Rhodri accidentally became the "Monster" of the forest soon after moving there. When he first moved in, he accidently scared some rabbits who told the other woodland creatures who started a huge rumor about a horrible monster. Rhodri was too shy to correct everyone, so he just accepted the role. He lives in a little cave at the edge of the woods, and it has become a popular place for the young animals to mess around at night and dare each other to approach. To play the part, Rhodri wears a black cape and hood, decorated with horns, as well as rainbow leg warmers- they were made by a friend from a neighboring forest, the only one in on the secret. He usually wears the cape and leg warmers every night after dark in case any woodland creatures come visit in hopes to see "The Monster." If he does notice some creatures, he will usually just stir in his cave or peek his head out, enough to scare away the youngsters.
Once, a young pair of foxes were playing outside, daring each other to get close to the cave, boasting about how they weren't scared at all. Rhodri did his usual moving around inside, and even growled a little, but the foxes stayed. Rhodri tried some different things, but the foxlings stuck it out. Rhodri decided to be nice and tossed out one of his treasures(a carved bone... maybe he should have thought that through a little more). One of the foxes came over to investigate. He picked up the bone and showed it to his friend. In one more attempt to scare them, Rhodri leapt out of his cave, yipping. The foxes screeched and made a run for it. He hasn't seen the pair since, but apparently they took the bone. Unfortunately, he suspects this may have caused yet another rumor, from the tidbits he's overheard. The truth is that he has a hobby of carving bones and he thinks they're pretty. He realizes this is a bit creepy, but they never come from animals he's killed. He just scavenges them from the forest.
So he's isn't at all the monster that the forest dwellers expect him to be, but he does so well at playing the part, that they've never been disappointed.

dwayne is born in a wealthy family of seven, he's the youngest of his three siblings. all of his siblings are very clever and works hard to go into college and university, go to every tution the family could afford and are very well-manered. however, being the last child of his three parents he was spoiled rotten and yet was expected to be like his other siblings, if not more advanced than them. they have high-paying jobs, have diplomas, graduated from college, have a happy family, etcetera. he was also expected to be like them.

do they live up to those expectations?;
nope. he skip classes, doesn't revise, apathetic of everything, only does what he wants and is quite immature. he moved out instantly with his friend out of his parent's mansion once he reached adulthood. his survival solely depends on his friend's paycheck since dwayne literally does nothing expect stay at the house or goes out for the occasional 'spy missions'. he monologues and wears a trenchcoat with a pair of hand-made wings and hood as he strolls around at night, calling himself 'The Birdcoon'.

Yes, he's a vigilante by night. He's actually quite strong and intelligent but he isn't going to spend that on a normal life. Think about it— once he graduates, he'll find a love, start a family, maybe some drama here and there, be rich, old and die without any kind of excitement in life. Isn't that boring? It is for Dwayne. He want excitement, he want to help people and he wants to inspire others, so he is who he is; Birdcoon. [ 82 / 200 ]

what do others expect of them?;
Prescott's parents own a hospital. Ever since he was born, his parents have always told him he's going to take over the family business and run the hospital, be a doctor, and basically win the nobel peace prize for doing so. Okay, maybe not the nobel peace prize, but they really want him to be the best in the field.
do they live up to those expectations?;
Unfortunately, no. Prescott's dreams of traveling the world overtake those of his parents'. He's extremely clumsy. This disappoints his parents greatly. They both know, deep down, that Prescott doesn't want to be a doctor, but they both act like they don't know so they can try to force it upon him anyways.

what do others expect of them?; Baxter was born into a family of royalty. Being the son of the King and Queen meant he has always been expected to live up to his family name. Ever since he was young, he was told by everyone, "One day, you will find a beautiful wife, and be in charge of this land we call home."
He was taught to be proper, and shown how to run a kingdom when it was his turn to step up to the throne. He has always been expected to be kind to others, to be smart, to give his family a good name.

do they live up to those expectations?; Baxter in no way lives up to his parents expectations. He hates the position he has been put into, and the fact that throughout his life, he has been told what to do and never has been able to voice his opinion without getting yelled at for doing so. As he grew older, however, he begun to voice his opinion more and more. He would yell at the servants and his parents frequently and refuse to do anything that had to do with his royal duties. Most of the time, he would stay tucked away in the castle library, reading as an alternative to facing anything that had to do with royalty. Though he still lives in the kingdom today, he continues to not live up to his parents expectations, and looks forward to the day he can leave and do what he would like to do, versus what his parents would like him to do.
