have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sentient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

A little rivalry never hurt anyone, right? That's why these three kalons are leaders of neighboring gangs! (Like in Pokemon Go!) The contest will mostly be based on how well you are able to personify the kalons with their elements/groups and their relationship to the other kalons. I want to see really strong character development and personality.

Emeric is a living ball of excitement. Although he may be a hothead at times, he is very loyal
& keeps to his word. Emeric is also VERY competitive & will never back down on a fight. He is

Emeric is very bold, making him very less likely to quit or back down from a challenge. Although
this can have a negative outcome at times, it shows that Emeric is a very brave & strong spirited leader.

Personality:
Spark is an inspiring and uplifting leader at heart, and cares a lot about others. This, along with his strong determination, ambition, and ability to see the good in others is what led him to become the gang leader he is today. He is naturally a very friendly and easy-going guy, though he keeps a cool and collected attitude about it. Spark is easily a good and loyal friend, preferring to think of himself as a brother to each of his gang members.

This boy is also actually very intelligent and is an avid learner despite not going onto college; he's more into survival techniques and his street-smarts. Still, he gets curious easily and is very determined to get answers. He will also research people and things thoroughly upon setting up plans to do something or meet someone new. In short, if he meets someone for the first time, his friendly smile usually hides a calculating and observant gaze.

Born an optimist, Spark was always one to look on the good side of things. He will do what he can to better or see the perks of certain situations. This is similar to his attitude towards others as well, as he never underestimates the potential or abilities of anyone and treats everyone with respect. One of the main ideas he especially likes to express is that 'everyone has their own story and one can't truly judge it unless they read it themselves'.

Like nearly everyone else, he of course has a bad side and flaws;
- As stated later in this form, Spark has a rather explosive temper. He rarely ever shows it, but when he does, his remarks/actions are quick and effective.

- Possibly the biggest flaw in his personality is the fact that he tries far too hard to help other people while neglecting his own duties and troubles, often by ignoring his problems. He is a huge procrastinator, which he hates.

- This isn't exactly "personality", but Spark gets distracted very easily and happens to really like animals/Pokemon.

History/Backstory:
Since he was very young, Spark has always had a dream of becoming great. This was quite hard for him however, as his mother, father, older brother, and himself have never been known for having the best of really anything and were not exactly considered wealthy. Nothing really stands out about his past, and he doesn't exactly have a tragic backstory or anything, but his lack of ability to make life easier for parents and sibling is most likely what led him to be the welcoming leader he is now.

When he was in his late teens, Spark decided that his parents would get a lot more done if they had one less mouth to feed and ran away. It wasn't as if he didn't have a plan; he and a few of his close friends thought that they could make it on their own and be a sort of gang for people that could relate to them. They may seem intimidating at first, but if Spark deems you worthy of joining them, then they'll treat you like family.

What makes them a good leader:
Unlike a number of other leaders, Spark has a lot of empathy and care for his gang members. His typical cool and accepting attitude makes him easily approachable and he is very protective of those that he cares about. Spark, having been through a lot, is also very understanding of his companions. He trusts his team members a lot, as their entire group is focused on faith in each other and their Pokémon which leads to better teamwork and overall makes the entire group closer. Being a natural leader, Spark uses his teammates' trust to effectively lead them to greatness.

Relationship with the other leaders:
Due to his easygoing and calm attitude, Spark gets along with them surprisingly well. Though they're not close enough to be considered friends, he still knows both of the others like he would a teammate. Though he is more tolerable of their actions than the other two are with each other, Spark is still very competitive and and defensive; he's just more sly about it. If it comes down to someone that he cares about/someone in his own gang, however, he will not show any sort of weakness (if he can help it).

Relation to element:
Spark is very fast, precise, and patient, much like his element of lightning. The comparison of lightning and his temper is also quite fitting- like a storm is brewing, he is calm and collected up until he lashes out. This does not happen particularly often, as calm and collected is his usual state anyway, nor does his anger last long. This gang leader is also physically and mentally energetic, again bringing up the element of lightning. Another relation to his element are his quick, decisive orders as the gang leader, as he knows the consequences to his actions and takes them head on.

Favorite Pokemon partner and why:
Spark's companion is an eevee/Jolteon. He found the eevee when he was walking one day and something suddenly clicked. The Pokemon had been abandoned by its last master for some reason and the gang leader decided to take it in like he had done with some of the younger gang members; the two only grew closer after that. When it evolved into Jolteon, he was overjoyed even though he would have still loved it with any of the eeveelutions. They act like what we would consider a dog, and being as active as he is, Spark naturally enjoys his Pokémon's high-energy tendencies. The two of them are an inseparable team and would easily risk their lives for each other.

This is unsightly right now so lol

Personality:
A relatively bitter sweetheart that's awful disorganized in her own home, but manages to keep things neat and well arranged in other areas. That ranges from simple things like her backpack, to battle strategies.
Being very light-footed, they often walk around without any sort of sound. This little quirk of hers can prove to be very useful in a range of situations, from thieving, to moving from one place to another unnoticed.
She manages to see a lot of potential in others, which is practically why she started up her team. It's composed of the rejects of Valor and Mystic, all of those that weren't strong enough or smart enough to make the cut managed to find solace under her leadership where they were accepted and appreciated for their own individual skills.
She was never very good at math in school, and especially hates dealing with decimals.

History/Backstory: At the start of it all she was an exceptional girl in school, that was until her mother and father divorced and she was left with her mother. The both of them felt the effects of it, Aureole possibly more than her mother who was often easily upset about things afterwards. She had believed that her ex-husband was perfect and hated herself for being so blinded by love that she couldn't see his flaws. Because of this she became very critical of Aureole. After coming out to her mother, Aureole then faced another slew of troubles, but eventually she became accepting.
At school though, Aureole struggled to make friends and not because of her gender identity. She was very nice but often, used for her capabilities.

[ It's a nickname he chose for himself. His real name is known only to Valor (name TBD) and Isolde, and those closest to him. ]

Personality: Kind to his friends to the point of it being a fault. Never takes things seriously when he should. Always ready to fight someone and gets into fights way too often. Never seems to care when he loses, just tries harder to win. Extremely dedicated to his gang, overworks himself to exhaustion often.
History/Backstory: Abandoned by his family as a small bab. Forced to live on the streets. Found friendship in Valor and Mystic, they were always together and since they were a bit older they took him under their wing. The three of them led a gang together. As they grew older disagreements about leadership forced them all further apart until finally they split up, and the gang was pretty much evenly split three ways as its members chose which leader to follow.
What makes them a good leader: Incredibly loyal and courageous. No hesitation in fighting for what he believes. Listens more than he speaks, speaks less than he knows. Has unfailing trust in all members of his gang regardless of their status below him.
Relationship with the other leaders: Grew up together, split apart due to faults in the relationship, now they all lead rival gangs and try to take each other down.
Relation to element: Incredibly quick when fighting, very unpredictable in his moves and strikes.
