Writing // Duster has always missed the open ocean. Born on the east coast of Taiwan, he had easy access to the sea and the rivers near it. He'd play with his friends there everyday after school , and would call the beach his second home. However, a large typhoon struck the area and tore down his house, forcing him and his family to move away. They went farther from the shore, in fact onto mainland in China. It was impossible for Duster to return, he was a child and had to study. He often daydreamed about the ocean and wishes to return to his old home.

A book about botany. One that was previously owned by a old Kalon who had passed and had given her the book. The older Kalon had been sort of a father figure to her, showing her the ways to healing with plants instead of medicine and preserving the world around her. She treasured that book and visited the older Kalon everyday, but soon the Kalon grew old and passed away.. Ren eventually accepted the fact that he was gone but she ended up loosing it one day when she went off looking for plants in the woods, though she looks for it from time to time, she hopes that someone else has found it to enjoy.
