personality: maebelle is a spunky little moo, she loves being around others and hates not having something to do. she always seems to have a lot of friends because of her outgoing persona and there's rarely a dull moment in her life. conversing and meeting new cows are an easy task for maebelle, it's like the words just flow naturally and she practically never stumbles. when she isn't around others, she's always on an adventure whether that be tracking down some stray butterfly or inspecting the food bin. she'll always have your back in a time of need and even though she has so many friends, she never forgets any of them. most don't see it, but maebelle can be a bit strange. she sometimes talks to herself when she's bored and finds herself having some actual conversations. it's like she has multiple personalities inside of her, but no one really knows because she doesn't show it. she's even claimed that she's seen things like spirits and hears voices, but that's a whole different thing. other than that, maebelle is quite the fun cow to hang around. her favorite things to do obviously include talking, but she also loves the outdoors, nature in general, and meeting new friends. maebelle loves to spend her free time outside just observing nature, despite her partial blindness. what really intrigues her is the river that runs through her paddock- she finds herself mesmerized by the crystal clear liquid which is cool to the touch. butterflies are another mystery to her, she loves the intricate patterns on their wings and wishes that she could fly as easily as they do. favorite barn animal and why: maebelle's favorite animal by far would be a butterfly, but if she had to pick one at her barn, it would definitely be the sheep. she loves their fluffy coats and often finds herself snuggling up against them at night. she is intrigued by their naturally puffy coats and sometimes wishes that her own coat looked like that. but she is thankful for the soft cuddle buddies they are at night and is thankful for their kindness to her as they don't like most of the other cows. the only one they really tolerate is maebelle, and she wouldn't have it any other way. it's a nice change from the other cows, and they can keep up a conversation as well. maebelle especially loves them while they're still little fluffy lambs. the way they toddle around on their slim legs just makes her heart swell and she always finds herself talking or cuddling with the soft little babies.
