Why so sleepy? nike is tired because he was up all night looking for rare pokemon in pokemon go! ever since the app's release, he's been feverishly searching for pokemon to add to his team. he's only been able to find common ones, like rattata and pidgey. one day, he saw the outline of a snorlax, which is rare in the app, and spent all afternoon searching for it. alas, it disappeared off his map. but, one day, his phone buzzed, alerting him that a pokemon was nearby! it was snorlax, and he jumped out of bed to search for it. luckily, after an hour and a half of wandering through his town, he found an captured the pokemon however, the next morning, he was more tired than he'd ever been before.

why so sleepy?: myrtle is tired because, well, it's the summer. they're one of those people who loves to stay up late whenever they have free time, even when it means waking up exhausted at 2pm. they like to think that they have a good sleep schedule, but it's really awful. myrtle insists that being off a couple hours is okay, but it means that they're extremely tired and cranky all the time. myrtle is also someone who worries a lot, and often the root of them staying up so late is due to them worrying over useless things, like if they forgot to turn something off. they then go and get up out of bed, check what they were antsy about, and go back and try to fall asleep- which never really works. Why so sleepy? [He's a busy guy! I mean he's gotta go around town and strut his stuff. Or maybe he's even running after his friends, it gets tiring being awesome ol' Conder. The laziest he ever is, is when he's chilling in the ice cream store eating his favorite Blueberry Blast Fro-Yo. Just this morning he ran a lap around the park, went to the gym and worked out, and babysat for his favorite neighbor.
He loves those kids even though they drain his energy way down, anyone else by now would have dropped down tired. Well not to say he's close to doing so, but he isn't down for the count quite yet. Besides, he still needs to get last year's Halloween costume from the cleaners... ]

Why so sleepy?

Bad case of jet-lag this time around. Austin's always on the move, so he kinda has to make do. As the head curator for a huge chain of international museums, he has to oversee any huge exhibit projects or the rearrangements of any type of priceless artifact in any of the museums. His job is rewarding, no doubt, but all those sleepless nights flying to and from Europe and Asia or Africa and South America caught up to him. Even time spent not traveling doesn't involve much sleep. When sedentary, Austin finds himself up at all hours meticulously working through paperwork and translations and trying to not scramble any of the written documents or translate them to the wrong language. He's thought about taking a permanent assistant, but even his temporary helpers complain about his seemingly tireless work ethic and just can't seem to keep up with him. Their hearts are in the right place, but he won't tolerate any slackers. His frustration doesn't show easily, but none of his assistants have lasted more than a few months. Austin hopes that it's only a matter of time before he comes across the right person... The right person who can deal with at least looking constantly tired like he does. Still, to do his job the best that he can, Austin tolerates his own constant yawning.

Constantly fighting sickness, Prysm can never get more than an hour of sleep.
He's always awoken by harsh coughing that racks his entire body, or his nose
being stuffy and he is unable to breath. Prysm has a poor immune system that
causes him to constantly be very sick. He looks so tired from lack of sleep, and
the effect of sickness on him. He's tried everything to help him sleep, taking
suggestions from others who've dealt with something close. With his sickness,
Prysm finds himself only being able to sleep not even an hour a night, and he's
always dozing off during the day. Of course, he's still rudely awoken.

Why so sleepy? Alton is exhausted from running around all night trying to finish up his school project. Like the true procrastinator he is, he waited until the last minute and had to work overnight. Everything he needed to put the visual together had mysteriously gone missing and so he needed to search the house twenty times over to find simple things like duct tape and scissors (of which he only found a pair of kids scissors that took forever and a day to cut with).

It's now the morning of his presentation, and he has shown up with a haphazard assignment, blaming his "lack of artistic prowess" on the state of his visual. He's having a hard time staying awake and is now stumbling over his words, but hey, Cs get degrees!

Why so sleepy? Astrum is sleepy because he is an insomniac, it means you can not fall asleep when you want to. Astrum had a long day, and just wanted to fall asleep. He tried over and over, but couldn't. He has been nicknamed the Kalon of No Sleep. Astrum loves to invite people over while he can't fall asleep, like sometimes Nyx comes, and other times, Eden or Mae would come over. Astrum plays games about how to fall asleep easily, such as count the stars, find the constelations, or even make the perfect mate for himself in his head. He does find that Nyx comes up in his mind often.

Why so sleepy?;; Despite how they look, Ace has a healthy sleeping schedule and a calm, relaxed daily routine. Even so they always seem to have droopy eyelids and a sort of spaced out look, but really that's all it is- a look. They're not sleep deprived, they just happen to look that way, and they really don't mind because it leads people to usually leave them alone and be more calm and quiet around them. Ace doesn't mind the way other kalons let them be, and others easily accept the excuse of "I'm too tired" when Ace doesn't want to go somewhere or do something with them.

Why so sleepy?
____Silas is a high school student and life is hard. He's finishing his senior year and is stressed. First off, he's been sending applications to colleges everywhere. To save for paying for college, he has a part time job at the local hardware store. Being a smart kid, he's got heaps and heaps of projects, especially in Trigonomotry and College Writing(basically Honors English 12). On top of that, finals are next week and he has to study extra hard. He's been staying up late for school all year and it's taking a toll on him.

It doesn't help that he's still in school, and it's freaking July. What kind of principal would do that? The first week of school, all he wanted to do was party hardy and have fun, but.. That didn't take long to change. At this point, all he wants is a good, long nap. Hopefully he can have many naps once he gets to college. He just has to stumble through one more week, and then everything will be okay.

Pity the tired baby. He is having a tough time. He needs lots of love and lots of sleep.

... and maybe a warm blanket, too.

Why so sleepy? [100 words minimum, 500 maximum] Whisper is so sleepy becaue unlike the rest of her friends and family, she has stayed up until 7 am this morning doing various things on her computer. She ends up going to sleep around noon, but it doesnt happen very often as she has a very active family who forces her to do various activities. She gets naps, but after her dinner it's right back to where she started, getting no sleep for the next day. All because of her obsession with late night tumblr scrolling. She has insomia, and staring at the bright screen does help her sleep sometimes. Not most of the time though because when Whisper does get tired, she ends up waking herself back up because she gets more notifications.

Oh well, sleep is for the weak.
