Snow is falling softly around you. You look up at the sky and can see the storm that's brewing behind those clouds. You're about four hours away from your camp, but you don't think you'll make it. You need to find shelter, and quick. Up ahead you spy a dark cropping of rocks, and you walk towards it. Each step is becoming harder to take as snow falls more and more quickly around you. With one last big step, you reach the rocks. You can see a small cave in the middle, and the outer rocks will protect you from the wind. You get down and crawl into the cave. The roof slants upwards the further in you go, and you notice a small pile of brown huddled at the end. Could it be a ginger snap? You move closer and see that no, it's just a small pile of cloth, probably left here years ago. You poke at it to investigate and when you notice something solid, you open the cloth. Wow, there are stars in here! You count them, grinning when you realise you are now 17 stars richer!

You walk towards the walls of ice that have grown around the cliffs, muttering under your breath. You've been out here for hours, and the only thing you've found so far is two measly stars. Suddenly, from the corner of your eye, you notice a glint of sun reflecting off something. What could it be, you wonder? You walk over towards it, and lift it up form where it was half buried under the dusty snow. It's a shiny seashell! You're not sure what it means but you put it in your pocket for safekeeping anyway.

Whoa, this forest is cool. It's not creepy and dark like the last forest you were in. You look around, listening to the cheerful sound of birds and insects. That's when you notice the mushroom pile half tucked under a bush. You walk over and reach down, pulling it out of the bush, sucking in a breath when one of the thorns from the bush scratched along your thumb. You manage to work the mushrooms out and hold it up. It looks pretty cool, must've been growing for ages. You shrug and put it into your explorer's satchel. You'll take it home to study it.

You walk along what would be a shoreline were this a beach. The dark blue water laps at the ice, and you take a step away from it. Although the scene is pretty, you don't want to end up having an icy cold bath. Above you, a couple of seabirds circle, searching for food. Your stomach rumbles, reminding you how long it's been since you've eaten. You dig around in your pocket for a chocolate bar you stashed there earlier, but fumble and drop it because of the thick gloves you're wearing. Muttering, you lean down to pick it up, but stop when you notice something half-buried in the snow. You pick it up, brushing the snow off. It's..a scarf! You smile and tuck it into your bag so you don't lose it and look around for your chocolate bar. It's nowhere to be seen. You shrug and turn back to go home. You can explore again tomorrow, but for now, there's some hot soup at home with your name on it!

The flowers are really pretty this time of the year, you think. You're out exploring, searching for ginger snaps. So far you haven't had any luck though. You saw one earlier, but it darted down a little rabbit hole before you could reach it. Sighing, you look down, and notice a wreath of flowers. You lean down and pick it up, brushing off some stray dust and pollen from all of the flowers. You study it for a moment and then decide you like it, so you're going to keep it. You tuck it into your pocket and keep walking.
