You have to wait for an artist to post that they are open for breedings and then you can post your form. Some artists might want payment, though.
If your cats are male x male or female x female you can use an NPC to breed with one of your cats in place of the other cat.

If you want a cat to be aged up you can PM the original artist and then ask if they can age up your cat!
If the artist is no longer an artist or they don't want to age a cat up then fill out the form below.
