He has a lot of friends because of his kind and friendly nature, so he wanted to learn how to make ice cream for them to enjoy. He spent a long time researching and learning how to make all sorts of ice cream, and he finally opened up an ice cream shop! Robin has the biggest sweet tooth that only ice cream can satisfy. So when he's off work he makes extra ice cream for himself! Not only does he love the taste of all ice cream, but he loves seeing his friends happy every time they get their ice cream from his shop. Lucas would wait up for her and they'd each get a bowl and watch tv together as they talked about their day. Lucas has long since moved away from home to a different city now that he's grown but they still continue the tradition by calling each other after Lucas gets off work and watching the same show as they chat over the phone and eat their beloved mint ice cream. He continues this because it helps him feel connected to his mom even though they're far away from each other as well as it reminds him of a favorite part of his growing up.

"why is it that you suddenly enjoy cold treats... so much?"
it was tammikuu's curious voice that kept echoing in hyuck's mind for days on end.

some things he felt like, weren't even explainable by himself.

it felt like a mystery so unsolvable, hyuck had booked a doctor's appointment to check if he was truly alright.
no luck.

that was until hyuck had a sleepover at tammikuu's, leaning on his friend's shoulder for the night.
hyuck knew he'd otherwise have a hard time driving to the job interview at 5 am.

a simple, ice-cold treat before the night had felt refreshing as ever. hyuck's routine of eating cold snacks
before bed had grown on him so well that he never had the chance to explain himself for why that was.
because, in reality, hyuck had simply no idea.

but when tammikuu had told him what he saw hyuck doing that night, the latter couldn't contain his laughter.

"you were really there, in my kitchen, half asleep, stuffing your mouth with every. cold. treat. that my freezer
had to offer! you weren't even paying attention to me when i called you out! you kept munching on those popsicles
until you were done, and happily went to bed like nothing at all had happened!"

hyuck had no memory of any of it. he could barely remember the time he fell asleep at.
having missed his interview to spend the remaining day with tammikuu, to laugh at the story over and over,
hyuck didn't regret a single minute.

out of all things he had considered before, from a small addiction to something serious,
hyuck would have never guessed the reason behind his love for all treats cold.

Along with ice-cold baths, swims in the river, and good ol' naps in the shade,
cold treats are his favourite way to cool off in the summer!

For some reason, ever since Rocket was a kit, he has had an incredible sensitivity to
heat. Along with fussing and complaining, he is also prone to dizziness, insomnia, and
weakness during the warmer seasons. It's essential for him to stay cool, so he can live
and play like a normal Kalon, and he's found that snow-cones and popsicles are the best
way to do that! Plus, they make for a fun, delicious treat during the rest of the year!

His favourite treats are popsicles, milkshakes, and slushies, but he loves shaved ice with
blueberries most of all!

Blizzard, hence his name, you should think like frozen desserts. But, he was originally scared of them and his introduction to them was actually at a birthday party! As a young Kalon, once he heard of a story of a Kalon who had so many cold desserts that their brain actually froze! Blizzard thought it was true and wouldn't even come near the treats because he was scared he would overeat them. One day at a birthday party, they offered ice cream instead of the usual cake. Blizzard was already self-aware he needed to stay away from it. A Kalon walked by while everyone was eating and asked, "Why are you not eating?" Blizzard looked away, too embarrassed to talk. The Kalon slid a bowl of tempting ice cream towards Blizzard. Blizzard couldn't hold in his resistance. He chomped on the ice cream swiftly and peered at the carton of ice cream. Blizzard waited for his time to strike, then he did. Sliding silverware and bowls to the ground in an attempt to get his ice cream. He did get it, though. He ate bite after bite until it was gone. He left the party feeling tired, queasy and embarrassed not understanding why he let the party go to waste. After he felt better, he ate tons of cold treats ranging from ice cream to mochi. He doesn't like explaining his addiction to others, though. Although he doesn't eat as much anymore, he still enjoys every bite of an ice cream sandwich from the freezer.
