I think one thing we tend to skip over a lot is our own self care and self love. so, this contest will be to write a love letter to yourself, and to say something you think you can do to make yourself feel better if you're sad! you can write the letter in any way you would like!
this will be a raffle because I want all entries treated equally!

Love Letter (To Yourself!): Something I have always admired about myself is my tenacity and how dedicated I can be. Even when I am completely stumped, I don't give up, and I think that's really important to me. I'm loyal and a good friend to those I care about, and I have done a lot better over the past few months, even if I've been struggling.
Another example:
You are so important. You constanty stand up for your friends and are doggedly loyal. When you put your mind to something, you can do anything you want, and you are going to succeed in life. I believe in you, and hope that soon you can believe in yourself too.
Something To Cheer Yourself Up:
When I'm sad, I can go on my phone and look up pictures of my baby boy, Norbert, and think of all the times he's cuddled on me and given me his little cat kisses.
Another example:
If I feel down, I will try to go out for a walk or a jog to try and get some of the nervous energy out.
