What they do to remember: Ever since she was a young flit, Alpha had always had a fasination with how Army JROTC honored their veterans, especially on the special day which is celebrated nationwide. Alpha turned to Army JROTC when they got older, and got to experience hands-on, what they did on this special day. The whole battalion, including Alpha, would march in sync with each other, and sing cadences, they would stop every now and then and salute, and Alpha happened to be one of the special cadets holding a flag in front of the formation, every year, she gets the honor of handling a flag, and saluting to the veterans. That was only the beginning of what she would do to honor veterans and celebrate Armistice Day. She attends funerals of veterans, and often tries to do the honors of speaking, even if she doesn't know them, because she knows that all veterans provided so much for their country, it was only fitting that other flitz besides their families acknowledged it at their funerals. Alpha also goes to VFW posts to speak to the veterans, and thank them all for their service. Every year, she thanks the veterans. Every year, she does these things. This year, she plans to volunteer at support groups for disabled veterans, because she believes she could do more to help veterans on this special day.
