how they spend their time during the summer: Hiding from the heat. She can't stay in it for long due to an extreme, and borderline deadly, heat intolerance. She tries to 'beat the heat' by swimming and staying indoors as long as possible. Sometimes it gets out of hand and leaves her in the hospital, so other Kalons have generally accepted it and now leave her be.
